The tree with growing branches has two leaves, namely the leaves of wind and phlegm, both of which are cold in nature and belong to water, and the two leaves of blood and bile, which are hot in nature and belong to fire. Semen and serous fluid, both of which are subject to common changes of hot and cold, have no independent leaves. Semen and serous fluid, etc., have both hot and cold properties, so whatever category they belong to is included therein, because hot and cold are contradictory in meaning, so there are no three components that possess both, and even in the case of smog disease, hot and cold diseases each exist in their own place, without any mixing of properties. The description of the previous tree ends here. Now is the second, existing in the form of fire and smoke, there are three trees entwined around the root of the identifying signs, namely the tree to be seen with the eyes, the tree to be touched with the fingers, and the tree to be asked with the mouth. The first tree to be seen has two branches, namely the branch to look at the tongue and the branch to look at the urine. The branch to look at the tongue has three leaves growing on it, namely the wind tongue is a red, dry, and rough leaf, the bile tongue is a leaf covered with a thick, yellowish-gray coating of phlegm, and the phlegm tongue is a grayish-white, dull, smooth, and moist three leaves. The branch to look at the urine has three leaves branching out, namely the wind urine is a leaf that looks like water with large bubbles, the bile urine is a reddish-yellow leaf with a strong odor and large steam, and the phlegm urine is a white leaf with a small odor and steam. The second tree to be touched has three branches, namely the branch to touch the wind pulse, the branch to touch the bile pulse, and the branch to touch the phlegm pulse. The branch to touch the wind pulse has one leaf growing on it, namely the wind pulse is a leaf that stops sometimes. The branch to touch the bile pulse has one leaf growing on it, namely the bile pulse is a leaf that beats fast, swollen, and tense. The branch to touch the phlegm pulse has one leaf growing on it, namely the phlegm pulse is a leaf that beats sunken, weak, and slow. The third tree to be asked with the mouth has three branches, namely the branch to ask about wind disease, the branch to ask about bile disease, and the branch to ask about phlegm disease. First, the branch to ask about wind disease has eleven leaves growing on it, namely the leaf that provokes wind due to light and rough food and behavior.
