It disturbs the seven red, round blood demons, thus causing epidemic diseases. This disease causes headaches in the head, throat obstruction in the throat, short-term pain in the upper body, epidemic disease in the stomach, intestinal pain in the intestines, boils on the skin, lymph nodes in the joints, edema in the calves, pox on the muscle and bone meridians, spasms in the back, meridian blockage and fever madness in the gallbladder, i.e., Tre-tre-ho. There is also jaundice in Han people, and black triple entanglement, which are the signs of three names. Whichever of the life meridians and five internal organs is attacked, it causes internal swelling. In addition, there are mouthless syndrome, deformity syndrome, pustule syndrome, edema syndrome, wandering epidemic disease, etc., with countless names, causing various diseases. The general symptoms of epidemic disease are irritability and loss of appetite. Wherever there is a lesion, there is pain, and sweet foods should be avoided. Sometimes diarrhea and vomiting occur. Administer three headache medicines, myrrh, and calamus, etc., for the head. Administer "Langta" medicine for epidemic disease to the stomach, as well as decoctions of black alum, rock flower, buttercup, and saffron. Wandering epidemic disease refers to swelling and lumps appearing on the neck, back of the neck, and sides of the neck, with severe pain, which may be life-threatening. Otherwise, it will turn into a chronic tumor. Administer five kinds of Garuda feathers and myrrh. Use water veins and musk, etc., for application and steam therapy to expel evil. If it is ineffective, use thirteen purgative medicines for purgation. Epidemic disease lumps refer to swelling and lumps appearing in indefinite places in the upper and lower body, with severe pain, and pulse and fluid measurements will show abnormalities. Apply epidemic disease poultices to this, and administer five kinds of Garuda feathers and other internal medicines. ༈ Various treatment methods.
