The benefit of this is: for new and old wounds caused by cold yellow water, as well as adenitis, edema, swelling, unexpelled pus, and broken blood vessels, fractures, and various other wounds, this is an unparalleled remedy, keep it secret from everyone. For skin diseases, vitiligo, and other diseases with mottled skin color, applying lard, travertine, Chinese ink, and snake meat is beneficial. For inflammation, fire tongue sores, and wheel sores, burning and applying the feces of humans, dogs, and pigs is beneficial. Burn large conch shells and sea shells on charcoal fire, making sure not to lose the smoke.

将细磨的面粉与唾液混合，涂抹在脓肿处，伤口大小要适中。用木棍蘸取浓稠适中的酸奶，一天涂抹三四次，无需用烧红的铁器刺破，脓肿自会破裂。治疗一切皮肤病的药物：荨麻、水蓼、诃子、大黄、五倍子这五种药材烧成黑灰，磨成细粉，与白酥油混合后涂抹在皮肤病处，在阳光下晒，即可痊愈。之后，烧羊角，将细黑灰与牛奶混合涂抹，可深入拔出病根。此方可治愈一切皮肤病，尤其适用于马、驴的臀部疮口。治疗果实肿胀：将狼毒、荜澄茄与老酥油混合涂抹，在阳光下晒，即可见效。用白胶木树脂、麝香、肉豆蔻、黑降香，用小孩的尿液调和后涂抹，再用纸胶带粘上，放置两日后取下观察，若与之前无异样，则是肿瘤；若有变化，则是其他肿胀。这是诊断肿瘤的涂抹法。黄金、麝香、蜜蜂，用小孩的尿液调和，放入盒中，用纸封口，上面盖上四指厚的土。然后在上面燃烧三堆牛粪火。之后取出，用此药涂抹，可防止骨骼腐烂、筋腱损伤，是接骨的方法。治疗瘭疽：将草蔻磨成细粉，与红牛的牛奶及其乳清混合，在傍晚睡觉前洗净手，将药涂抹在瘭疽处，用手揉搓瘭疽。第二天早上不要洗手。当晚也如法炮制。第二天早上将手洗净，涂上盐，让牛舔舐。如此重复三次，可治愈一切瘭疽。以上三种方法出自国王的宝库。治疗唇疮：诃子、糖、余甘子，与酸奶混合涂抹，盖上红绸布，放置三日后取下，即可痊愈。巴戟天、秦艽、阿魏、茜草、荜澄茄、三种余甘子、黄连，等量混合，与蜂蜜调和，空腹时涂抹在牙龈上，可治疗牙龈出血。 治疗水肿、皮肤病的总药浴：茜草、白菖蒲、蓬莪术、菖蒲、荜澄茄、乳香、岩盐，磨成细粉，与酥油混合后涂抹。或者用酒浸泡后涂抹，在阳光下晒，立即见效。将麝香和黑铅的浓水含在口中，使面颊鼓起。过一会儿吐出，不要咽下。如此重复三次，即可痊愈。

Mix finely ground flour with saliva and apply it to the abscess, making the wound a moderate size. Dip the end of a wooden stick in moderately thick yogurt and apply it three or four times a day. The abscess will rupture on its own without needing to be pierced with a red-hot iron. A medicine to eliminate all skin diseases: Nettle, water pepper, haritaki, rhubarb, and five gallnuts. Burn these five ingredients into black ash, grind them into a fine powder, mix with white butter, apply to the skin disease, and expose to the sun to heal completely. Afterwards, burn a sheep's horn, mix the fine black ash with milk and apply it to deeply extract the root of the disease. This eliminates all skin diseases, especially effective for sores on the buttocks of horses and donkeys. To treat swollen glands: Mix aconite and long pepper with old butter, apply and expose to the sun for benefit. Mix white sandalwood resin, musk, nutmeg, and black gugul in children's urine and apply. Cover with paper tape and leave for two days. Remove and observe. If it remains unchanged, it is a tumor. If it changes, it is another swelling. This is a paste for diagnosing tumors. Gold, musk, and mad honey, mix with children's urine, place in a box, seal with paper, and cover with four finger-widths of soil. Then burn three piles of cow dung on top. Afterwards, remove and apply the medicine to prevent bone rot and tendon damage. This is a method for setting bones. For paronychia: Grind spang spos finely, mix with red cow's milk and its whey. Before sleeping at night, wash your hands and apply the medicine to the paronychia wherever it is, and rub the paronychia with your hand. Do not wash your hands in the morning. Repeat the same the next night. The next morning, wash your hands thoroughly, apply salt to it, and have a cow lick it. Doing this three times will benefit all paronychia. These three methods are from the king's treasury. For lip sores: Chebulic myrobalan, sugar, and emblic myrobalan, mix with yogurt and apply. Cover with red silk and leave for three days, then remove and it will heal. Ba ji tian, gentian, asafoetida, madder root, long pepper, three kinds of emblic myrobalan, and coptis chinensis, mix equal parts, blend with honey, and apply to the gums on an empty stomach to treat bleeding gums. For a general bath for edema and skin diseases: Madder root, white calamus, zedoary, calamus, long pepper, frankincense, and rock salt, grind finely, mix with butter and apply. Alternatively, soak in alcohol and apply, then sit in the sun for immediate benefit. Hold musk and black lead concentrate in your mouth, filling your cheeks. After a while, spit it out, do not swallow it. Doing this three times will heal.
