If words lack ornate embellishments, they cannot become poetry with mere flavor of words. Although the embellishment of meaning is important, in most cases of composing poetry, it is necessary to avoid vulgar words. Because unskilled expression or the inclusion of vulgar words in the sound may also cause ridicule in the world. To illustrate what kind of words are vulgar: For example, "To me, who is full of desire, young woman, you do not treat me as I wish." Such words are inherently vulgar. If one speaks bluntly of words that ordinary people are ashamed to say, then even poetry composed by wise men will lose its beautiful flavor, or rather, it will not have that flavor at all. Although expressing that one loves the other, but the other does not love oneself, the meaning is the same as before, but if the expression is skillful, the drawbacks of vulgar words can be avoided. For example, glancing sideways, calling it "left eye," and then saying, "Desire, you fierce witch, you must not love me, that's why you make me feel pain. But you are not angry, but happy." Such words have no vulgar meaning and are full of humor. If the expression is unskilled and becomes a foolish vulgar word, then not only that, but the sound will also be mixed with defects similar to vulgar colloquial speech. That is, the good side will also become bad. What is that like? For example, words that are difficult to say in the world, using "feast of joy" to express sexual intercourse. Just like the combination of the letters "ya" and "bha," and so on. In addition, the way words are connected and the way sentences are punctuated can also lead to vulgarity. Moreover, if the meaning of the words themselves becomes vulgar, then it will be considered vulgar and ridiculed. Therefore, it must be recognized that such words are words mixed with vulgar defects. For example, an example of becoming vulgar through the connection and punctuation of words is: yā bhavataḥ priyā. Although the original intention of this sentence is to say "who (Tibetan: ཡཱ་,梵文天城体:या,IAST: yā, literal meaning: who), is your (Tibetan: བྷ་བ་ཏཿ,梵文天城体:भवतः,IAST: bhavataḥ, literal meaning: your), lover (Tibetan: པྲི་ཡཱ་,梵文天城体:प्रिया,IAST: priyā, literal meaning: lover)," but if it is understood as "ya bha (Tibetan: ཡཱ་བྷ།,梵文天城体:या भ,IAST: yā bha, literal meaning: sexual intercourse), having (Tibetan: བ་ཏཿ,梵文天城体:वतः,IAST: vataḥ, literal meaning: having), lover (Tibetan: པྲི་ཡཱཿ,梵文天城体:प्रियाः,IAST: priyāḥ, literal meaning: lover)," and becomes vulgar language, it will appear inelegant. In Tibetan, it is like "female genitalia is beautiful, like a bird's tongue," separating "female" and "bird" into separate sentences.
