名为纳域郭提的地方，是著名的胜乐金刚的处所。在水、树、平原和山脉环绕的中心地带，令人愉悦的地方，由施主前任大臣迪斯郭扎西次仁新建的住所，吉祥光辉庄严洲得以圆满建成，愿此举能为佛法和众生带来广大的利益和安乐。吉祥！ 愿一切安好！ 嗡 索斯帝。（藏文：ཨོཾ་སྭསྟི།，梵文天城体：ओṃ स्वस्ति，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ svasti，汉语字面意思：嗡，愿安好！） 无边众生的愚昧黑暗，皆能消除，语之清凉光芒亿万道，于有寂遍布恒常欢喜，顶礼妙音月亮尊。 经论如海，名句与言说，依于闻思修之，行境者众，若舍共同之，理路，则极漂荡。 尤其善于言辞之语，何者不具彼之时，徒劳无益于闻思藏，纵是精通之士亦多过。 十部学科五明之巨轮，舍弃而入经论之海，欲入之国王与王子等，何不成笑柄之境？ 见此情状，若无经教之，公共平台此理路，则教法等同于衰败，如是劝诫于众人且随顺之。 知识大海之转轮王，与文殊无二无别者，弥庞语狮子，于此辞藻庄严之如意宝镜中，世间先前所出诸注疏之，解释之善缘余蕴俱全，非仅是先前之重复，善说之巨鼓再次敲响。 重大意义之重大必要，尤为铭记于心中，如君王亦，系于法施之母模之，应成之事后作引导时，供养珍宝之第二份，连同二十五两之秤，如是降旨，泰锡度，莲花自在王之足。 彼之发心水海中，法施母模之宝珠，于八蚌寺（今四川甘孜州德格县境内），令胜者教法之，胜幢于美饰中升起。 若入于与“我在此”之语，等同之善说中，则聪慧之士众，于辞藻庄严与，诗学言说成无与伦比。 所有净白善聚，皆成无漏智慧聚之因，由其力量，无边众，愿得妙音之果位。 共同不共之知识之

The place called Nayul Gothi is known as the abode of Chakrasamvara. In the central area well-surrounded by water, trees, plains, and mountains, a delightful place, the residence of the benefactor, the former minister Dis Go Tashi Tsering, newly built, the auspicious and glorious island is perfectly completed. May this bring vast benefit and happiness to the Dharma and sentient beings. Mangalam! May all be auspicious! Om Swasti. (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སྭསྟི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ स्वस्ति, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ svasti, Chinese literal meaning: Om, may there be well-being!) The darkness of ignorance of limitless beings, may all be dispelled, a billion rays of cool light of speech, constantly joyful, pervading existence and peace, I prostrate to the moon of Saraswati. In the ocean of scriptures, names, phrases, and words, relying on hearing, thinking, and meditating, those who have the realm of practice, if they abandon the common, path of reason, they will wander greatly. Especially the speech that is eloquent, when one does not possess it, it is futile in the study of the Tripitaka, even those who are learned have many faults. The great ship of the ten sciences and five arts, abandoning and entering the ocean of scriptures, those kings and princes who wish to enter, why would they not become a place of laughter? Seeing this situation, if there is no, common platform of the teachings, this path of reason, then the teachings are equal to decline, thus advising everyone and following accordingly. The wheel-turning king of the ocean of knowledge, inseparable from Manjushri, Mipham the Lion of Speech, in this wish-fulfilling mirror of rhetoric, with all the remaining good fortune of the explanations of all the previous commentaries that have appeared in the world, not just a repetition of the past, the great drum of good speech is sounded again. The great need for great meaning, especially remembering in the heart, like the king himself, attaching to the magic of the mother mold of Dharma giving, when guiding what should be accomplished, offering the second portion of precious jewels, along with twenty-five taels of weight, thus issuing the decree, Tai Situ, the feet of Pema Wangchuk Gyalpo. From the water ocean of his aspiration, the jewel of the mother mold of Dharma giving, at Palpung Monastery (now in Dege County, Garze Prefecture, Sichuan), may the victory banner of the Victorious Dharma, rise as an ornament of beauty. If one enters this good speech, equivalent to saying "I am here", then the assembly of intelligent ones, in rhetoric and, poetic speech, will become unparalleled. Whatever white virtues there are, may they all become the cause of the assembly of stainless wisdom, by its power, limitless beings, may they attain the state of Saraswati. In this world living by appearances, may the glory of the teachings and the happiness of beings be perpetually and perfectly attained. This, too, drawn forth by the pure intention of the divine son Tshewang Dudul, is again printed in the great Dharma treasury of the printing house. May it be virtuous.
