The difference between this and the aforementioned riddle of conjecture is: Conjecture uses another object similar to the hidden object as an excuse to indirectly point out the hidden meaning in mind. Obscuration, however, does not express the intended meaning, the hidden object, by borrowing another obscuring object. Rather, the words of expression can refer to both the hidden object and the obscuring object, thus obscuring one of them. For example, not following the poor who are devoid of wealth, but abandoning the wealthless and going to the abode of the wealthy. Attracting the world with various crooked means is like a prostitute attracting others with desirable and cunning means. If one possesses the splendor of merit, even without special effort, one can attract all the perfections of the world as if by cunning means. Both of these cannot be grasped at will by one's own desire, so they are difficult to grasp. Such is a prostitute. If understood as a prostitute, that is the actual situation. If one says "not a prostitute," understanding it as a negative term, then it refers to the splendor of merit. This linguistic expression can refer to both, but whichever it refers to, it will obscure the other. The Tibetan word "མ་ (ma)" here can indicate both the sign of a woman and a negative word, so there are two ways to understand it. In Chinese, there is also the difference between extracting or not extracting from the negative word. Here is an example: Entering the lotus ovary, one is very happy, constantly swaying, possessing the sweet moisture of juice, holding honey, and being different from others, causing the group of women to arise great joy. This expresses the sign of a male and the characteristics of a bee in one word, and then immediately obscures it by mentioning the bee. Conversely, that which is not a bee causes the group of women to arise joy. Again: Adorned with a red and yellow network of a thousand lights, destroying the masses of darkness, possessing a sight that makes everyone happy, constantly moving in the world with effortless power, said to be the protector of the world, the beautiful sun. This describes the characteristics of the sun, and then says that the sun, which possesses these characteristics and is called the protector of the world by the people of the world, is beautiful, without directly pointing out the hidden object, the world.

Homage to Manjushri, the sun of speech, who has become the protector. Eleventh, examples of riddles of harmonious sounds, or riddles of arranging sounds that are in accordance with the meaning of real names: "What is your non-earthly homonym? Surpassing the name of excellent hair. That one makes me extremely greedy now, A sweet-sounding beauty." Thus, calling her a sweet-sounding beauty, your red lips surpass the color of red coral, making my mind extremely greedy now. In this context, "non-earthly homonym" refers to Dhara, the earth-holder, which is the name of the earth. By placing the negation "A" before it, "Adhara" means non-earth. That which has the same name as it is the lips, and the name for lips is also called "Adhara." This is explained as lips in the Wish-Fulfilling Jewel. Also, Bala (Tibetan, Devanagari Sanskrit, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning) is hair. By placing the approximation "Pra" before it, "Prapala" means excellent hair, which is the braid of a bride. That which has its name is coral, and the name for coral is also called Prapala, surpassing that. Thus, even a single word can be split into separate letters to explain other meanings, thereby concealing the real name of what is being said by means of being the same as its name or calling it by its name. Here, an example of it is given: "This one with the name of holding the visible, Among all who dwell in the realm, To the one who holds the name of the audible, This ear with fine gold and pearls is beautiful." That which holds the visible, namely form, is the form-holder, namely the eye. Among all those who dwell in the realm of the eye, namely all that is visible, the name of the audible is sound, and the one who holds it is the sound-holder, namely the ear. Only this ear, adorned with fine gold and pearls, is beautiful. Furthermore: "A youth with the same name as non-rough and virtuous, With the goddess born from the name of water-treasure, Together, taking the essence that has become the medicine of killing, like nectar, Relying on the heart, all the glory of perfect prosperity increases." The one with the same name as non-rough is Gentle, the one with the same name as virtuous is Glorious, and the one with the same name as water-treasure is Ocean-Born, namely Saraswati. Those together, namely having become father and mother. Transforming ghee into the demon with the meaning of killing, its medicine becomes the essence of nectar. Thus, if one cultivates the nectar essence of Manjushri father and mother, like relying on the heart, all the glory of perfect prosperity, such as wisdom, will increase.
