Because the language of how I would declare the qualities, like that, at that time also, it could be declared by others besides the guide himself. Others' declaration is speech, and one's own declaration is statement, what is the cause for distinguishing such different differences? Because all forms of language can be declared by anyone, whether oneself or others, without distinction. If it is said that "door" is initially declared by the guide himself, and other "doors" are others answering questions to it, etc., and that the pause in breath between the two becomes different, and that itself is the mark of the difference of statement. Speech must be declared only by other "doors," because it does not have that, if you think so. Even in the incidental or accompanying speech that arises in the course of declaring one's own praise, how is it that the Holy Mother, the Mother of the Conquerors, etc., what the Teacher said is called the "door" of the initial language, and how do the questions of the retinue such as Subhuti not include other "doors"? After entering in that way, the pause in breath is naturally established. If it is said that "Lambha," which means not finding a young woman, and etc., in the category of not gathering at the appointed time, and rest, etc., or "Asvasa," which means pause in breath, initially stating oneself, and thereafter the different difference of the pause in breath that others make into speech can be seen only in some statements, but how does that become a different difference from that? Because those are also in speech. Here, for example, Vishnu transformed himself into a dwarf, and after seizing the land with the illusion of raising three steps of land, he bound the powerful Asuras under the earth. Like this, after indicating with one's own name, one must state, so it is called "door," when others state that, Vishnu transformed himself into a dwarf, etc., one must state from the "door" of other names, so it is called other "door," it should be understood in this way. Therefore, there is no difference between the two names, speech and statement, in representing the same kind of thing, declaring one's own qualities and making one's own qualities into speech are the same, and similarly, those two are the same for others as well. The remainder, that is, the categories of other prose statements, etc., are also included in this negation, and no matter how one speaks, it cannot be established that those have differences. Whose

Therefore, all the ways of expressing such things as abducting maidens, waging war, deceiving by not attending appointments, and promoting prosperity are the same in all poems bound by chapters, so they are not the merits that distinguish expression and narration. Because writing poetry about the meaning of abducting maidens and waging war is expression, while another person writing poetry about other things such as abducting maidens and waging war is narration, both exist. If someone says, can't a poet distinguish between expression and narration from the signs produced by inner thought in the language combination that does not confuse what he has created and what others have created? Even if it is possible to distinguish in this way through language, this will not become a fault of the difference between expression and narration. Because for the realization of the intention to know who said this sentence, how can it not become a means or way for those who are proficient in language combination? In this way, language combination is to understand the words spoken by the actor of abducting maidens, etc., and to understand the words spoken by others, but not to know the difference between expression and narration. For example, just as praising the merits of the guide himself and praising the merits of others, for the words of praise of gems and medicines, etc., which are neither praised by the praiser himself nor by others, it is also necessary to distinguish who said them and explain them. This way of explanation is conceived by me alone in this land of snow (referring to Tibet). In previous commentaries, the door (སྒོ་) refers to the benefits of the mouth door among the mouth doors, and other doors with the same function, namely "paravaktraṃ" (梵文天城体:परवक्त्रं,梵文罗马拟音:paravaktraṃ,汉语字面意思:the mouth of another), refers to the combination of other doors, and the pause of breath, the end of the chapter, or the entry of the breath pause at the rest of the combination, that is, expressing where these exist, and not existing in the narration, Bhamaha said this and refuted it, but there seems to be no meaning to understand here. Because Bhamaha is the one who created the work before Dandin, how could he not know that the combination of mouth doors, etc., cannot be used in both prose expression and narration?
