Please preserve me through the three aspects of my writings, so that they do not decline! May you make the precious Buddhist teachings shine brightly in this world for a long time! (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་སྭ་སྟི་ཛ་ཡནྟུ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओṃ स्वस्ति जयन्तु, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ svasti jayantu, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, auspicious, victory.) May you truly understand the intention of Mipham Gonpo, be as knowledgeable in all that is to be known as Manjushri, and may your fame spread throughout the earth surrounded by the ocean, just like the fame of Phakpa Loden Sherab! Written by Jamyang Lama's joyful servant Khyentse Wangpo, may there be accomplishment! It means to comprehend the profound view, vast conduct, and pure lineage of all schools, and with fame spreading throughout the world, associated with the four great reasons of significance, crowned with the name Mipham Jamyang Namgyal Gyatso. And bestowed important supports for body, speech, and mind, as well as the long-eared Pandita hat worn by the master himself as a sign of empowerment, enthroning him as the true representative of the Dharma King, and praising him. If one were to write about his rebirths and qualities, even a book as thick as the Prajnaparamita Sutra would not be enough, but he seems unhappy now. This was heard from reliable historical sources. The monks of Sutra and Tantra told me, "During the early debates, a ray of light emanated from the heart of Lama Mipham's object of devotion, the statue of Manjushri, and connected with the Lama's heart, it was clearly seen."
