Appearing as non-existent. Or appearing as little, that is, appearing as incomplete. That is also because the thesis is established by the statement of reason, so it is assumed that the proof arises earlier. What is it that appears as little? It is incomplete. Why is it incomplete? It is because the reason is incomplete. How is it? Because it is assumed that the proof existed earlier. Why? Because it is established by the statement of words. Therefore, it seems that there is no reason, that is, it is meaningless. The fifth, the subsequent obstacle similar to the unborn: Because the effort-born nature is not the cause before it is stated, before it is stated, the sound effort-born is not established, or because the effort-born is not established, it is established that the effort is not born, because the sound is constant, therefore the effort-born is not established in the sound, and it also becomes the proof of the sound constant. As said, because it is not the cause before the cause is stated. Like establishing impermanence with effort-born, clinging to the words of non-establishment and contradiction. The two kinds of subsequent obstacles similar to the unborn cause are said to arise from the increase of the two. How is it? That is, the nature of sound is originally impermanent and effort-born, but before it is said here, it is assumed to be the proof, that is, it is said that the sound is impermanent by saying effort-born, and on the basis of the established basis, thinking that it is not established, and its opposite establishes contradiction, and the two uncertain proofs are said to be unestablished and contradictory, and two kinds of subsequent obstacles are formed. The sixth, the similar fruit: That is, from the point of view of other fruits, it shows that the thesis is not established, which is the subsequent obstacle of similar fruit. In this way, in establishing sound as impermanent, it is assumed to be made or fruit. From the point of view that the fruit of sound (tongue, etc.) and bottle (staff, etc.) is other, it shows that the made or fruit, sound impermanent is not established. In this way, according to the intention of the speaker, there are three kinds of thoughts. Bottle fruit in sound If it is said that there is no, it seems that it is not established. If sound fruit, bottle, etc., are said to be non-existent in the aspect of impermanence, it seems contradictory. If it is said that it is also non-existent in the cause, it seems to be uncommon and uncertain. Here, only the establishment of what is made is used, and it is not suitable to cut off others. Although it is not admitted that it is always there, it does not prevent a small part. Seventh, the similar dharma-homogeneous:

In order to show knowing or pervasiveness, using the example of impermanent sound, like space, from dissimilar aspects, using the example of the subject and similar example, establishing a permanent dharma different from what is to be established, this is the consequence of similar dharma being the same. For example, if it is said, "Sound is impermanent because it is produced, the dissimilar example is like space," since space and sound are not the same in being produced, impermanence is established. Then, since sound and space are not embodied, space and sound are established as permanent dharmas. Also, if a vase is taken as a similar example, since the vase and what is produced are the same, impermanence is established. Then, since they are the same in not being embodied, it will also become permanent, like space. That is what is said. Eighth, dharma dissimilar is the same: Different from the former or the views of others are that the similar dharma is also the same as the subject, therefore the reversal of what is to be established is the same as dharma dissimilar. In order to show that from any similarity of both sides, it is not established for others, the refutation that is spoken is common, and the two aspects of that appearance that are shown are, starting from the similar dharma vase to establish permanence, and starting from the dissimilar space to establish permanence, these two are the common uncertainty. To accuse the proponent's establishment with unestablished, contradictory, and uncertain is a refutation, but here, to accuse in a way similar to this is like the appearance of unestablished, meaning that it is actually established, but it is said to be unestablished, it must be understood in this way. Just as it is thought to be unestablished, for what is thought to be established, because that reason is the same, for example, like one who is not confused about contradiction, just giving such an example, also because there is no showing of a special concomitance on the example. It is accusing from the perspective of the appearance of the example. Thus, for the example and what is to be established, if a special concomitance is not shown, but only the reversal of the concomitance, the example and what is to be established will be confused with each other and become one. Bad reasoners measure only by example, establishing "Sound is like a vase, not like space," for this, why is sound like a vase, why is it not like space, but there is no explanation, similarity and dissimilarity are mixed. Or, if there is no concomitance, saying sound is like a vase, then the vase will be like sound, mixed with each other, it cannot be established by that alone, impermanence and effort-born
