Uniquely exhaustive and without anything else, the result itself, the cause itself, and impermanence such as transformations are the reasons, and the reason for permanence is that it is not a cause. If such statements are seen in treatises, then the essence of what is said therein is embodied in the sutras. If it is not said, then in general, it will fall into nihilism. If the result, cause, etc., are not embodied or not mentioned in the sutras, then it will be nihilistic. There is no fault, if it is said that the sign-dharma is the cause and effect of what is to be established and what establishes. If all sign-dharmas are what is to be established and what establishes, then does it mean that there is no relationship other than the single relationship of cause and effect? The final possession of causes, etc., will not become manifestors, because they are not generators. The cause of manifestation is pervaded by the generator, but here, possession, etc., are separate from cause and effect. The so-called "final" means that the ultimate of all causes is possession and aggregation, and this is different from the cause, as Rigral said. Furthermore, for possession and aggregation, there is no meaning in realizing it, even without it, the state of not arising without it will not occur, because the object to be realized can be established from other aspects as well. The Samkhyas say: When one dharma with a relationship becomes manifest, the establishment of one non-manifest dharma from one manifest dharma is inference. The Samkhyas say: The relationship between wealth and the wealthy, like the relationship between clay and a pot, the relationship between nature and transformation, like the relationship between a potter and a pot, the relationship between cause and the caused, like the relationship between fire and smoke, the relationship between cause and effect, like the relationship between branches and a tree trunk, the relationship between parts and the whole, like the relationship between mandarin ducks, the relationship of going together, like the relationship between a crow and an owl, the adversarial relationship or the relationship between the harmer and the harmed, there are seven types in total. Therefore, by seeing one of the previously determined related entities, one can infer the other. Regarding this, it is also unreasonable to infer one from any manifest relationship. The reason is that direct perception is non-conceptual, only observing its own object of apprehension. Since it does not grasp the meaning distinguished by various terms, how can it grasp the relationship between it and it? If it is said that the result of direct perception is consciousness, and consciousness is called direct perception, then such an inconsistent measure of result has already been refuted. Even without understanding the relationship between wealth and the wealthy, it is merely that without it, it does not arise, not for the sake of realizing it. Regarding the relationship
