O! Fifth, the standard of attaining stability in this stage is: Thus, all activities such as walking, staying, sleeping, eating, closing the eyes, opening them, playing, laughing, etc., should be such that this kind of meditative yoga makes the meaning of luminosity itself constantly abide. Sixth, the way the self-resultant union body appears is: If one performs the benefit of sentient beings, then with the form of the five winds, lights, and rays that match that form, in combination with the consciousness-wind, through the order of self-blessing, one will also benefit sentient beings several times. As it says in the Nagarjuna Biography: "If one performs the benefit of sentient beings a hundred times, then with the rays that match that, in combination with the consciousness-wind, one should do it through the order of self-blessing." The meaning is that, through the attraction of the mind, whatever form, wind, light, and rays are gathered, they appear like illusions. Or, with the families of the five Tathagatas as the main focus, radiating light that corresponds to them, establishing the deity body of the mind's own nature in combination with the consciousness-wind, and acting as if self-blessing, one should ripen beings with immeasurable body and light. How is that? All luminosity is the cause of all things arising, just as fish quickly leap from a clear river, so too, from the luminosity of all emptiness, a network of various illusions will arise. By the power of faith, mainly relying on the peaceful and other complete aspects of the Buddhas of the five families, one should regard it as great, arising from the mudra luminosity, and knowing that the arising or radiating of the five rays is like the rainbows in the sky. Seventh, the instruction on the practice of the luminosity stage is: That yogi, whether binding the vows of conduct, or reciting secret mantras, or doing anything else, should abide in the basis of the luminosity of all emptiness, and act within it. Whatever one does becomes an accumulation of merit and wisdom, otherwise, like the yoga of the generation stage, it only becomes an accumulation of merit and does not become an accumulation of wisdom. It is said that one should eat everything, whether edible or inedible, contradictory or non-contradictory, and drink everything, look at all things, bow to all as Buddhas, in all places.

Going, whatever actions are performed, all things with (emptiness) characteristics are accomplished by abiding in the emptiness of all, without any faults, extremely pure, and become the cause of the supreme fruit. Third, subsequently generating the mind and offering gifts: The (mantra) called "Bodhi mind is the true mantra," the fortunate and excellent disciple, through obtaining the oral instructions, joins their palms and holds a garland of flowers, and receives it again from the lama, that is, the true mantra of the Bodhi mind, or true reality is the Bodhi mind. The self-nature of the mind is luminosity, called the suchness of the secret mantra, which should also be heard or taught again from the lama. What is meant by things refers to the infinite deities such as the main deity and retinue, and the wheel of samsara also arises from this, but the yogi is one who fully understands the nature and has autonomy, while ordinary people do not fully understand the nature and have no autonomy, that is, the difference that arises without autonomy due to karma and afflictions. Therefore, although it can become bondage and liberation, the cause and source of all pure things are the same, there is nothing other than luminosity, and it will dissolve into it, as it is said. The meaning here is that it is separated from the path that is harmed by the measure of "I" and "Ishvara" assumed by outsiders, or merit views, purusha, and time, and from the aggregates, realms, etc. speculated by the Sravaka and Vijnanavada schools established by one's own school, and the way of separating the appearance as mind, etc., is the same as the Dzogchen Semde. What is that? As it is said in the Guhyasamaja Tantra: "Completely separated from the real things of outsiders such as the Lord, Purusha, Pudgala, Ishvara, life, time, etc., and the aggregates, realms, and ayatanas spoken by the Bhagavan to guide the Sravakas, and the Yogacharas, the appearance of appearance is only consciousness, and everything is its nature," and "Because it can distinguish dharmas, it is called Vijnanavada," etc., separated from one and many, therefore abandoning the grasper and the grasped, from the dharma self, all dharmas are selfless, equality, there is no and no equality, that is, all dharmas are of great equal nature, and the nature of the three consciousnesses, one's own mind is originally unborn, everything is empty, only the nature of luminosity, that is the fourth.
