There are two arising from sexuality: speaking obscene words and respectful praise. The first is: Again, like a fallen one, a monk with a defiled mind, together with a woman who can engage in sexual activity, speaks disgusting sinful words, engaging in sexual activity in a two-on-two manner, that is, corresponding expressions, such as what a man says to a young girl, that is, a Sanghavasesa. The second is: Again, like a fallen one, a monk with a defiled mind, in front of a woman's body, in order to pay homage with his own body, says this: A monk like me, who is disciplined, possesses virtuous Dharma concentration, practices Brahmacharya, and possesses the aggregates of wisdom, if he pays homage with this Dharma corresponding to sexual activity, then this lady is the best among those who are paid homage, praising in this way, if the other person understands the meaning, that is, a Sanghavasesa. Second, causing others to engage in sexual activity: Again, like the six groups of monks, any monk who uses the thought of a woman's sexual activity with a man, or a man's sexual activity with a woman, as a matchmaker for seven kinds of wives or ten kinds of girlfriends, even if they only meet occasionally, at the time of meeting, it becomes a Sanghavasesa. The seven kinds of wives are: given by water time, bought with wealth, forcibly taken, cohabiting, supported by clothing and food, verbally promised, occasionally met. The ten kinds of girlfriends are: protected by the mother, protected by the father, protected by the grandparents, protected by the siblings, protected by the aunt, protected by the father-in-law, protected by the relatives, protected by the race, protected by the clan, without any disputes. Second, arising from attachment to external objects, there are two: houses and the remainder of large houses. The first is: A monk of this Dharma, taking wood and so on himself, without an owner, for the sake of the monk himself to be able to stand, walk, lie down, and sit, that is, a house that can accommodate the four activities, having others build it or building it himself, then this monk should build the house according to the dimensions. The dimensions of the house are as follows: the length inside the house, the Sugata.

The maximum height of a house is twelve height units, which is eighteen standard cubits; the height of a Sugata is seven height units, which is eleven and a half cubits. In order to observe whether the foundation of the house is suitable, undisputed, and can be built, the bhikkhu should lead other bhikkhus to go. The bhikkhus who are led should also observe whether the foundation is suitable, that is, there are no poisonous snakes or other creatures living there, there are no trees that are forbidden to be cut down, and there are no cliffs or other places within a fathom that are suitable for construction. If a bhikkhu builds an unsuitable foundation, or a disputed foundation, or a place that is not suitable for construction because there is a well within a fathom, and the bhikkhu himself asks for land, etc., this land has no owner such as women, for the sake of himself or one person, builds a house that can accommodate four behaviors, or does not lead bhikkhus to observe whether the foundation is suitable, or does not show the foundation to the bhikkhus who are led, or builds beyond the limit, it is a sanghadisesa. The second case is that a bhikkhu like the group of six bhikkhus builds a large monastery that can accommodate four behaviors for the sangha that has male owners, etc. In order to observe the foundation, the bhikkhu should lead the bhikkhus to go. The bhikkhus who are led should also observe whether the foundation is suitable, undisputed, and can be built. If a bhikkhu builds an unsuitable foundation, or a disputed foundation, or a large monastery of the sangha with owners that is not suitable for construction, or does not lead bhikkhus to observe the foundation, or does not show the foundation to the bhikkhus who are led, it is a sanghadisesa. Secondly, there are two types of harm caused: unfounded and slight sanghadisesa. The first case is that, like a friend and one born from the earth, any bhikkhu is angry, that is, quarrels, hates, is unhappy, and thinks that he must somehow make the other person lose his brahmacharya and wisdom, so he slanders the pure bhikkhu with any dharma that leads to failure, on the grounds that the foundation has not fallen. Then, whether the slanderer is asked by others at other times or not, or regrets it himself, the dispute is also unfounded. The bhikkhu is also in hatred
