If any householder, such as a Brahmin, is restrained by the Sangha through the act of requesting the precepts of a householder, and also like the group of six, any householder of learners is restrained by the Sangha with the precepts, in such places, except for those previously invited as guests like the supreme pair, without being invited, that is, without informing, having gone and taken food and drink with one's own hand and eaten, then that Bhikshu should go outside the monastery and say to the Bhikshus: 'Venerable ones, I have committed an inappropriate act that deserves reproach, I should confess this Dharma separately.' Thus confessing separately, this Dharma should also be confessed separately. The fourth, the confession arising from the forest investigation is: the dwelling place of the Shravaka Sangha of the Sugata, any monastery located one Yojana away from the town, which is rumored to have doubts about thieves, etc., rumored to have fear of wild animals such as tigers, etc., rumored to be frightening due to various fears such as mosquitoes, flies, bees, wind, sun, etc., and also like the group of six, any Bhikshu, the dwelling place of the Sangha, any monastery which is rumored to have doubts, rumored to have fear, rumored to be frightening due to various fears, in such places, the forest wanderer, without having previously wandered in the forest, outside the monastery, having forcibly taken food and drink through giving and receiving, and then eaten, then that Bhikshu should go outside the monastery and say to the Bhikshus: 'Venerable ones, I have committed an inappropriate act that deserves reproach, I should confess this Dharma separately.' Thus confessing separately, this Dharma should also be confessed separately. The fourth, the conclusion is: Venerable ones, I have finished reciting the four Dharmas that should be confessed separately. The fifth, the declaration of the resolution is: after reciting the separate confession, I will ask the Venerable ones: 'Are you all pure in this?' Again, 'Are you all pure in this?' Thus asking two or three times. If the Venerable ones are pure in this, then it is accepted as such by not saying anything. The fourth, reciting many things to be learned: separate explanation, conclusion, declaration of resolution.
