The names of the white and black sides mentioned in the tantras, according to worldly terms, are the rules of the early astrologers; if applied according to the treatises, they will change to other aspects. Similarly, whichever side is divided by a line, the nearby position can be relied upon to accomplish desires. A fierce planet moving retrograde is more powerful than other virtuous movements, and in obvious actions such as war, if calculated in detail, one can conquer the opponent.
