སངས་རྒྱས་སྤྲིན་གྱི་འབྲུག་སྒྲ་སྒྲ་དབྱངས་སྟོང་པ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །དེའི་མཚན་བཟུང་ན་ཤི་འཕོས་ནས་སོ་སོ་ཡང་དག་པར་རིག་པ་བཞི་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །མི་འཇིགས་པ་བཞི་དང་བྱམས་པ་དང་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཆོས་མ་འདྲེས་པ་བཅོ་བརྒྱད་འཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །བདེ་བ་ཅན་འདྲ་བའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་གི་ཡོན་ཏན་བཀོད་པ་རྣམས་འཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །བུད་མེད་ཀྱང་ཤི་འཕོས་ནས་སྐྱེས་པའི་དངོས་པོ་འཐོབ་ཅིང་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞལ་མཐོང་བར་སྐྱེ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ལྷོ་ནུབ་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་ཡོན་ཏན་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་བཀོད་པ་ན། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཉི་མའི་འོད་དམ་པའི་དཔལ་གྱི་གཟི་བརྗིད་འབྱུང་བ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །དེའི་མཚན་ཐོས་པ་ཙམ་གྱིས་སངས་རྒྱས་བྱེ་བ་མཉེས་ པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཐམས་ཅད་དུ་མདངས་ལྟ་བུ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་ཞིང་། མཚན་དེ་དག་རྒྱུན་དུ་བཟུང་ན་ཤི་འཕོས་ནས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་ཏིང་འཛིན་དེ་ལ་འཇོག་པར་བྱེད་ཅིང་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་ངེས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ཏིང་འཛིན་འདི་ལ་གནས་པས་ཆོས་བསྟན་ན་ཏིང་འཛིན་འདི་ཐོབ་ལ་སྟོང་ཆེན་པོའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཁམས་ཀྱི་སེམས་ཅན་ཇི་སྙེད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་བདེ་བར་འགྱུར་རོ། །ནུབ་བྱང་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ངན་སོང་སྤོང་བ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ན། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་རྣམ་པ་མང་པོའི་གཟི་བརྗིད་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་དཔལ་འབྱུང་བ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །འདིའི་མཚན་བཟུང་ན་ཤི་འཕོས་ནས་སྤོབས་པ་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་བཀོད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བའི་གཟུངས་ཐོབ་པ་དང་། ཚེགས་ཆུང་ངུས་འོད་དཔག་མེད་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་གི་ཡོན་ཏན་བཀོད་པ་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་ཡོངས་སུ་འཛིན་པར་འགྱུར་བ་དང་། སྐྱེ་བ་གཅིག་གིས་བླ་མེད་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་འགྲུབ་པ་དང་། སངས་རྒྱས་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་དགུ་བཅུས་ཆོས་བསྟན་པ་ཡང་ཐོས་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །བྱང་ཤར་ཕྱོགས་ཀྱི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ཁམས་མྱ་ངན་གྱི་གནོད་པ་ཐམས་ ཅད་དང་བྲལ་བ་ན། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་བསྐལ་པ་བྱེ་བ་གྲངས་མེད་པར་ཀུན་ཏུ་འབྱུང་བ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །དེའི་མཚན་བཟུང་ན་ཤི་འཕོས་ནས་སྒྲ་དབྱངས་ཡན་ལག་དྲུག་ཅུ་དང་ལྡན་པའི་སྤོབས་པ་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་འཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་བརྒྱད་ཅུ་ལ་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་བསྐྱེད་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །སྟེང་གི་ཕྱོགས་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་གཟི་བརྗེད་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་བཀོད་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ན། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་དགེ་བ་གསེར་གྱི་ནམ་མཁའ་ངེས་པར་སྒྲོགས་པ་བཀོད་པ་དཔལ་གྱི་གཟི་བརྗིད་འབྱུང་བ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །དེའི་མཚན་བཟུང་ན་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་ཕུང་པོ་དཔག་མེད་ཡོངས་སུ་དག་པ་དང་། དེ་བཞིན་དུ་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན་དང་། ཤེས་རབ་དང་། རྣམ་པར་གྲོལ་བ་དང་། རྣམ་གྲོལ་ཡེ་ཤེས་མཐོང་བའི་ཕུང་པོ་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་ཡོངས་སུ་དག་པར་བྱེད་དོ། །ས་ནས་ས་ཐོབ་པ་དང་འཇིག་རྟེན་ལས་འདས་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་མཆོག་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །གཉེན་གྱི་སྟོབས་དང་རྒྱལ་སྲིད་དང་སྤོབས་པ་མི་བུལ་ བ་ཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །མྱུར་དུ་བླ་མེད་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་འཚང་རྒྱ་བ་དང་། སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་འཆི་འཕོ་དང་སྔོན་གནས་རྗེས་སུ་དྲན་པ་དང་། བརྡ་སྐད་ཤེས་པ་དང་། སྤོབས་པ་རྒྱུན་མི་འཆད་པ་དང་རིགས་མཐོན་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་དང་ཚེ་རབས་དྲན་པ་དང་། མངོན་ཤེས་ལྔ་དང་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ཆོས་མ་འདྲེས་པ་བཅོ་བརྒྱད་འཐོབ་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །འོག་ཕྱོགས་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་རྡུལ་ཐམས་ཅད་འདུས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ན། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ཚུལ་རྣམ་པར་འཕྲུལ་པའི་གཟི་བརྗིད་འབྱུང་བ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །དེའི་མཚན་བཟུང་ན་ཟླ་བའི་གཟུངས་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཐོབ་པ་དང་། སྐྱེ་བ་གཅིག་གིས་བླ་མེད་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་འཚང་རྒྱ་བ་དང་། སངས་རྒྱས་བྱེ་བ་ཕྲག་དགུ་བཅུས་ཆོས་བསྟན་པ་ཐོས་ནས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀུན་ཏུ་འཛིན་པར་འགྱུར་རོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་འདི་ཐམས་ཅད་ད་ལྟ་འཚོ་ཞིང་གཞེས་ལ་ཆོས་སྟོན་པ་ཤ་སྟག་གོ །ཞེས་གསུངས་སོ། །འཕགས་པ་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅུ་གཉིས་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ཐེག་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་མདོ་ལས། ཤར་ཕྱོགས་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་མུ་ཏིག་ཅན་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ན། དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས་པ་དགྲ་བཅོམ་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་སངས་རྒྱས་ནམ་མཁའི་དཔལ་དྲི་མེད་རྡུལ་སེལ་རབ་མཛེས་ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་ཏོག་གི་འོད་མེ་ཏོག་པདྨ་བཻཌཱུརྱའི་འོད་ཟེར་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་གཟུགས་ལྟ་བུའི་སྐུ་དང་ལྡན་པ་སྤོས་མཆོག་དམ་པས་མཆོད་པ་སྐུ་རྣམ་པར་སྤྲས་ཤིང་ལེགས་པར་བརྒྱན་པ་གཙུག་ཏོར་གྱི་གཙུག་ནས་ཉི་མའི་འོད་ཟེར་དཔག་མེད་ཟླ་འོད་སྨོན་ལམ་གྱིས་བརྒྱན་པ་རབ་སྤྲུལ་བཀོད་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ཆོས་ཀྱི་དབྱིངས་ལས་མངོན་འཕགས་ཆགས་མེད་རིན་ཆེན་རྒྱལ་པོ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །སུ་རྒྱལ་བའི་མཚན་འཛིན་པ་དེ་བསྐལ་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་འཛམ་བུ་གླིང་གི་རྡུལ་ཕྲ་རབ་ཀྱི་རྡུལ་སྙེད་ཀྱི་བསྐལ་པ

I prostrate to the Buddha Cloud Thunder Sound. By merely holding its name, after death one will obtain the four distinct perfect knowledges. One will obtain the four fearlessnesses, loving-kindness, great compassion, and the eighteen unshared qualities of a Buddha. One will obtain the qualities and array of a Buddha-field like Sukhavati. Women, too, after death will obtain a male body and will be born in a place where they can see the face of the Buddha. In the southwestern world, arrayed with immeasurable qualities, I prostrate to the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Complete Buddha, Sun Light, the Glory of Holy Splendor. By merely hearing its name, one will please billions of Buddhas. One will obtain the samadhi called "Like Light in All Things," and if one constantly holds these names, after death one will also cause all sentient beings to abide in that samadhi, and one will definitely attain perfect enlightenment. If one teaches the Dharma while abiding in this samadhi, one will obtain this samadhi, and all sentient beings in the great thousand world realm will be happy. In the northwestern world called "Abandoning the Lower Realms," I prostrate to the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Complete Buddha, King of the Splendor of Many Forms, the Origin of Glory. By holding this name, after death one will obtain the dharani called "Array of Immeasurable Eloquence," With little effort, one will completely hold the perfect array of qualities of the Buddha-field of Amitabha, In one lifetime, one will accomplish unsurpassable enlightenment, And one will also hear the Dharma taught by ninety billion Buddhas. In the northeastern world, free from all suffering and harm, I prostrate to the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Complete Buddha, who appears universally for countless billions of eons. By holding its name, after death one will obtain perfect eloquence endowed with sixty branches of sound. One will plant roots of virtue in eighty billion Buddhas. The one named Inconceivable Arrangement, to the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Awakened Buddha, the Auspicious Golden Sky, Definitely Proclaiming Arrangement, the Glory of Auspiciousness, the Source, I prostrate. Holding that name purifies immeasurable aggregates of morality, and similarly, the aggregates of concentration, wisdom, liberation, and the wisdom of liberation are immeasurably purified. One obtains ground after ground, and also obtains the supreme wisdom that transcends the world. One obtains the power of relatives, kingship, and unfailing courage. One quickly attains unsurpassed enlightenment, and all sentient beings also obtain death and recollection of previous lives, and understanding of languages, and constant and uninterrupted courage, and a noble great lineage, and remembrance of lifetimes, and the five superknowledges, and the eighteen unshared qualities of a Buddha. The one named Aggregate of Dust in the Lower World, to the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Awakened Buddha, the Source of the Glory of the Emanation of the Nature of All Dharmas, I prostrate. Holding that name, one obtains the Dharani named Moon, and in one lifetime attains unsurpassed enlightenment, and having heard the Dharma taught by ninety kotis of Buddhas, one will be able to retain everything. All these Buddhas are now living and only teach the Dharma. Thus it was said. In the Holy Twelve Buddhas' Names Mahayana Sutra, the one named Possessing Pearls in the Eastern World, to the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Awakened Buddha, the Glory of Space, Immaculate, Dust-Removing, Extremely Beautiful, the Light of the Crest of Qualities, the Body like a Jewel of Lotus Beryl Light, offering with Supreme Fragrance, the Body Extremely Adorned and Well-Decorated, from the Top of the Crest, Adorned with Limitless Sunlight and Moonlight Wishes, the Great Arrangement of Extreme Emanation, Manifested from the Dharmadhatu, Unobstructed Jewel King, I prostrate.
