皈依！如果听闻现在安住的这些佛的名号而生起信心，则在舍弃此生之后，恒时获得转轮王的王位，供养无量佛，受持其法，恭敬承事，行持梵行，任何时候都没有犹豫、吝啬之心和愚痴，能忆念生世，被所有佛和菩萨忆念加持，能战胜魔，超越声闻和独觉的地位，清净佛土，清除一切有情心中的垢染并将他们安置于正法中，任何时候都不离诸佛，圆满菩萨的一切行持，遣除如恒河沙数般的轮回，清净一切业障，身体具有妙相，如金刚般坚硬，具有无量光芒，口中散发香气，变成如黄金般的颜色，以梵音等一切音声在世间一切处宣说，所有天等欢喜并守护，获得无碍神通、三摩地和无量陀罗尼，临终时见到无数亿佛，他们所开示的法能一直受持到菩提树下，任何时候都不退失精进等善法，且更上一层楼，不会出现无暇之处和不悦意之事、争论、恐惧、不适和痛苦，一切疾病消除，诸根具足，脱离女身，以五眼清净能见无量佛，自己于无上菩提道中永不退转并将无量有情安置于此道等等，宣说了无量功德。在《增长佛力之神通变化示现经》中，光明国王问文殊菩萨：仅仅听闻哪位如来的名号就能从恶趣中解脱并转生善趣？为了不生于恶趣以及已生者能解脱而宣说。

I take refuge! If one hears the names of these Buddhas who are now dwelling and generates faith, then after abandoning this life, one will always obtain the kingdom of a universal monarch, make offerings to immeasurable Buddhas, uphold their Dharma, respectfully serve them, practice pure conduct, and at no time will there be doubt, miserliness, or ignorance. One will remember past lives, be remembered and blessed by all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, be able to conquer demons, transcend the positions of Hearers and Solitary Realizers, purify Buddha-fields, cleanse the defilements of the minds of all sentient beings and establish them in the Dharma, never be separated from the Buddhas, perfect all the practices of Bodhisattvas, dispel cycles of rebirth as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River, purify all obscurations, have a body endowed with excellent marks and be as hard as a diamond, possess immeasurable light, have a fragrant scent emanating from the mouth, become like the color of gold, proclaim in all places of the world with all sounds such as the voice of Brahma, all the gods and others will rejoice and protect, obtain unobstructed superknowledge, samadhi, and immeasurable dharani. At the time of death, one will see many billions of Buddhas, and the Dharma they teach will be upheld until the essence of enlightenment. At no time will one decline from virtuous Dharmas such as diligence, but will progress further and further. Unfavorable circumstances, unpleasantness, disputes, fears, discomfort, and all sufferings will not arise. All diseases will be eliminated, the faculties will be complete, one will be freed from the state of being a woman, and with the five pure eyes, one will see immeasurable Buddhas. One will never turn back from the unsurpassed path of enlightenment and will establish immeasurable sentient beings on this path, and so forth. Innumerable benefits were taught. In the Sutra on the Display of Miraculous Transformations Increasing the Power of the Buddha, King Clear Light asked Manjushri: By merely hearing the name of which Tathagata can one be liberated from the lower realms and be reborn in the higher realms? It is taught for the sake of not being born in the lower realms and for the liberation of those who have already been born.
