After reciting, "Transfer the diseases of livestock to the enemy," the ritual performer visualizes himself as Manjushri and recites this mantra one hundred and eight times: OM, transfer the evil spirits, transfer the evil spirits. Transfer the demon evil spirits. Transfer the planetary evil spirits. Transfer the Tsen evil spirits. Transfer the royal evil spirits. Transfer the earth-owner Naga Nyen evil spirits. Transfer the Mu evil spirits. Transfer the female spirit evil spirits. Transfer the harmful spirit evil spirits. Transfer the demon evil spirits. Transfer the Teurang evil spirits. Bhyo Bhyo Bhyo. Turn back, turn back, turn back. Chili Chili Ya Ya. After completing one hundred and eight recitations, while reciting the mantra, all men and women utter "Bhyo" and raise the Torma, sending it towards the direction where the harmful spirit is causing trouble or to a main road. Recite the turning-back mantra, focus on the power of truth, and recite truthful words such as "Transfer the evil spirits harming so-and-so," and recite Ye Dhar. This will turn back all harmful spirits. This mantra can be recited for the harm of the four elements such as fire, water, earth tremors, hail, meat-eating, and any other harm. The detailed rituals of Matram, Tram, and Torma are found in the Nyingma teachings such as the Kama and Terma cycles, but this is sufficient if abbreviated. In particular, if expelling a demon king that has taken hold in a house, on one arrow, decorate it with pieces of tiger skin, leopard skin, brocade, a white horse tail, and bird feathers. On the heart of a paper figure of the king, write རཱ་ཙ་ཙ་ཏྲི། (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Chinese literal meaning), which is the king's name and seed syllable. Visualize the king merging into it, circumambulate the inside of your house three times, and send it to a temple, thinking that the king has arrived there. Recite truthful words, recite the dependent arising mantra, and say auspicious words inside. This will send the king back to his own place. Also, the Torma for expelling a female demon that has taken hold in a house is to make a figure from dough with a human upper body and a snake lower body, and place it in a new clay pot. Pour in the three whites, three sweets, various grains, and various jewels, and bless it into an ocean of desirable objects with Sambhara. Visualize the earth demon merging into that figure, and bury it where the five demons reside. Reciting truthful words will expel it. Also, for the ritual of subduing Gyal Gong Kha Ching, there are three methods: binding, suppressing, and banishing. The latter is the banishing ritual for transferring the food of Gyal Gong. The method for this is to prepare a mottled mat.

Inside, on the horse skull, draw the four continents of the royal palace and the face of the king on top, and write: The king is transformed into a 'to' (ritual object). Also write: On the right side of the horse skull, draw a golden sun, and on the left side, draw a crystal moon. Write: May the royal demons and their retinue, who encounter this 'to,' depart! Threaten whoever takes it! Write: Rambu, Rupa, Bangma, powdered water, wheat and beans, buckwheat, soybeans, monkey hair, donkey hair, the bone of the back of the head, musk, umbilical cord, and cloth are all put in. Threaten whoever takes and carries this 'to'! Depart to encounter whoever you meet! Write these and put them in. If you cannot perform a grand royal 'to' or a 'to' for expelling evil, bless whatever you want with Sambhara, and say: Alas! Harmful royal demons and your retinue, enjoy this 'ya to' (ransom offering) that suits you! Do not stay here, follow whoever you meet and leave! Recite verses such as "Take it," and dissolve the royal demons into the 'ya to.' Send it away in a certain direction and recite the power of truth, which will transfer the food of the ghosts. Also, if royal demons form in your own home and become ghosts, then at the time of the Dragon, tie silk, armor, coral, and a white crystal drum to the neck of a reed arrow. Draw a dog image on a piece of meat, visualize dissolving the king into these items, and then send it in the direction of slaughter at the time of the Dog. Say: May the kings not form or harm because of this. Then, draw a cat image on paper and tie it to the beam of the house. Recite the visualization of the power of truth, the reliance, and the heart mantra of the cat's life enemy direction. This is called the cat as the king's substitute. Although it will harm the cat, it will also transfer the food of the royal demons of that house. The 'to' for transforming the demon robbers is: Take three portions of tsampa (roasted barley flour) and make zan (dough). Mix one of the three portions with the dirt from the upper part of your own body and make a white effigy. Tie a white horse to the waist of that effigy. Mix one portion with the waist of the body and make a wrathful one. Tie musk and three kinds of grains to the neck. Take another portion from elsewhere and mix one portion in the lower part to make a black effigy. Tie a mare's milk to the neck. White
