Offering of Smoke Offering (Sang): OM. Clouds of wisdom nectar smoke offering. Samantabhadra's offering clouds are boundless. Filling all of appearance and existence, the expanse of the sky. Offering to the Sugatas of the ten directions. 1. Primordial Protector, Five Families, Snow Land Lake. Twelve Teachers, Thousand Buddhas of the Fortunate Aeon. Medicine Guru, Akshobhya, Amitabha. Amitayus and Naga King, Lord of Power. 2. King of Lamps, Valiant and Steadfast, Meaningful Accomplishment, Thinker. Maitreya's Ornament, Glorious Virtue, Good Name, Holy Glory. Thinking of all, with vast renown. Like Mount Meru, exalted, Valiant Name and Glory. 3. Thinking of all sentient beings, Renowned Glory. Making minds content, Most Valiant, Great Renown and Glory. Glory, Heart Stacked, Pure Proclamation King. Vajra Destroyer, Jewel Crest, and so forth. 4. Those residing in the boundless realms of the ten directions. All the Sugatas of the three times. With reverence, I prostrate and offer the smoke offering. I confess and purify all collections of sins, downfalls, and misdeeds. 5. From here until reaching the essence of enlightenment. May you protectors, with compassion, continuously hold us. For the sake of temporary and ultimate benefit and happiness. Grant blessings to effortlessly accomplish as desired. By merely remembering the name, all purposes are accomplished without obstacles, as stated in the sutras, this is the common smoke offering to the eight Buddhas and all Sugatas. Common Smoke Offering to Bodhisattvas: OM AH HUM. Whoever, by remembering, eliminates all decline. And diligently strives for all complete glories and wealth. Sons of the Victorious Ones residing in the boundless realms of the ten directions. To all, with reverence, I prostrate and offer. 1. Manjushri Youth, Glorious Vajradhara. Avalokiteshvara, Lord Protector, Maitreya's Glory. Kshitigarbha, Eliminator of Obscurations. Akashagarbha, Supreme Noble Samantabhadra. 2. Medicine King, Star Immaculate, and. Medicine is Truthful, Noble, and Great Medicine King. Elephant of Incense, Akashagarbha, and so forth. All the assemblies of Bodhisattvas, I offer smoke and worship. 3. Vajra Lasya, Garlands, Song, and Dance, and. Incense, Flowers, Lamps, Illuminating Fragrant Water, and. Tara, Kurukulle, Radiant. Ung Chen. May it be a treasure of benefit and happiness for all beings pervading the sky. To all the bodhisattvas and their retinues who dwell in the ten directions and three times. 5. May the clouds of incense smoke pervading the divine realm, and the clouds of Samantabhadra's offerings, be offered and worshiped, fulfilling your vows with joy. May all our wishes be spontaneously fulfilled. This is the occasion for offering incense to the eight great close sons and all bodhisattvas in general. Om Ah Hum. Samantabhadra, the five families, the three families, and Garab Dorje. Shri Singha, Padmasambhava, the eight vidyadharas who have attained accomplishment. The twenty-five disciples of the king, the root lamas, etc. The vidyadhara lamas of the mind transmission, the symbolic transmission, and the oral transmission. 1. The learned and accomplished masters of the new and old traditions, the transmissions of the revealed teachings and pure visions. In short, all the lamas and vidyadharas of the past, present, and future. With immeasurable pure lands, palaces, and assemblies. 2. In the sky in front of us, like a rainbow, may they dwell indivisibly, completely, and joyfully. With unwavering faith and devotion, bowing our bodies like particles of dust. With the fragrant incense offering, the clouds of wisdom nectar. 3. May this rain of all desires fall, pervading the divine realm. May it be offered and worshiped, may it be supremely joyful. Due to ignorance, afflictions, carelessness, and disrespect, I confess all transgressions against the body, speech, and mind of the lamas. 4. To the supreme lamas who are the debt of all the Buddhas, by the power of offering incense with respectful minds, may all impairments, obscurations, faults, and downfalls be purified.
