ང་། །དུས་མིན་སྤྲིན་དང་ལྕེ་འབབ་རྣམ་པར་འཇོམས། །སྤྲིན་ཆེན་ལྟ་བུར་ནམ་མཁའི་མཐོངས་ནས་བསྒྲགས། །སྤྲིན་ཆེན་སྒྲ་འབྱིན་སྤྲིན་ཆེན་ཆར་ཆུ་སྐྱེས། །བསྙེམ་པའི་གཟི་བརྗིད་སྒྲུབ་པའི་སྤྲིན་དང་ནི། །རོ་བྲོ་དྲུག་དང་ལྡན་ པའི་ཆུ་ཆེན་སྤྲིན། །ཆུ་འཐོར་སྤྲིན་ཆེན་སྤྲིན་ཆེན་རྒྱ་མཚོ་འགེངས། །ཆར་མེད་ཚེ་ན་སྤྲིན་གྱིས་ཀུན་ཏུ་འགེབ། །སྤྲིན་གཟུགས་མཐའ་ཡས་དང་ནི་སྤྲིན་ཆེན་པོ། །ཐམས་ཅད་རྣམ་སྒྲུབ་འཛམ་བུའི་སྤྲིན་གྱི་དཔལ། །གཟི་བརྗིད་འོད་མཛད་སྤྲིན་གྱི་འོད་ཟེར་ཅན། །ཤཱཀྱ་སེང་གེ་དང་ནི་ཀླུ་དབང་རྒྱལ། །དེ་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་ན། །བདེ་གཤེགས་བྱམས་པ་ཆེན་པོའི་སྤྲིན་མངའ་བ། །ཐམས་ཅད་ཀུན་ལ་གུས་པས་མཆོད་ཅིང་འདུད། །འཇམ་དཔལ་སྤྱན་རས་གཟིགས་དབང་གསང་བའི་བདག །ས་ཡི་སྙིང་པོ་སྒྲིབ་པ་རྣམ་པར་སེལ། །ནམ་མཁའ་སྙིང་པོ་བྱམས་པ་ཀུན་ཏུ་བཟང་། །རྗེ་བཙུན་སྒྲོལ་མ་ལྷ་མོ་རིགས་བྱེད་མ། །གང་གཱའི་ལྷ་མོ་ནོར་རྒྱུན་དཔལ་ལྷ་མོ། །ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་ཞིང་བཞུགས་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་མའི་ཚོགས། །ཀུན་ལ་གུས་པས་ཕྱག་འཚལ་མཆོད་ཅིང་བསྟོད། །སངས་རྒྱས་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཚོགས་ཆེན་པོས། །མགོན་མེད་འགྲོ་ལ་བྱམས་པས་རྗེས་དགོངས་ཏེ། །ཆར་པའི་བར་ཆད་ལྔ་པོ་བསལ་བ་དང་། །ཆར་གྱི་རྒྱུན་ཆེན་མྱུར་དུ་དབབ་པར་མཛོད། ། འགྲོ་ཀུན་བདེ་སྐྱིད་ལྡན་པར་བྱིན་གྱིས་རློབས། །ཚངས་དབང་བརྒྱ་བྱིན་རྒྱལ་ཆེན་བཞི་ལ་སོགས། །ཆར་པའི་བར་ཆད་ལྔ་ནི། སྤྲིན་ཡོད་གློག་འབྱུང་འབྲུག་གྲགས་རླུང་བསིལ་ལྡང་ནས་ལྟས་མཁན་དག་གིས་ཆར་འབེབ་ཅེས་ལུང་བསྟན་ཀྱང་། ས་ཆེན་པོ་ལས་མེ་ཁམས་འཕགས་ནས་མོད་ལ་སྐམ་པ་ཐན་པའི་རྒྱུ་དང་པོའོ། །དེ་བཞིན་དུ་མི་མཉམ་པའི་རླུང་བྱུང་བས་ཆར་དེ་ཕྱོགས་གཞན་དགོན་པ་རྣམས་སུ་འཕེན་པ་གཉིས་པའོ། །ལྷའི་བུ་ཆར་གྱི་ཤུགས་ཅན་དག་མྱོས་ཤིང་བག་མེད་པས་ཆར་དུས་སུ་འབེབ་མི་སྟེར་བ་གསུམ་པའོ། །མི་རྣམས་འདོད་པའི་དབང་གིས་ཆོས་མིན་སྤྱོད་པ་དག་ལ་ལྷས་ཆར་འབེབ་ཏུ་མི་སྟེར་བ་བཞི་པ། ལྷ་མིན་སྒྲ་གཅན་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ནས་འཕགས་ཏེ་ལག་གཉིས་ཆར་བར་བཟེད་ནས་རྒྱ་མཚོར་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཞེས། འདུལ་བ་ལུང་རྣམ་འབྱེད་ཀྱི་རྒྱུ་མཚན་གྱི་གླེང་བཞིའི་སྐབས་ནས་གསུངས་སོ། །འཇིག་རྟེན་སྐྱོང་བའི་ཚོགས་དང་ཁྱད་པར་དུ། །དཔལ་ལྡན་ཀླུ་ཡི་དབང་པོ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམས། །རྒྱལ་བའི་བཀའ་བཞིན་དེང་འདིར་སྤྱན་འདྲེན་ན། །སྤྲིན་ཕམ་པའི་ཆེན་བརྩེགས་པའི་གཞོན་པ་ལ་ཞོན་ནས། །སྣ་

我，摧毁非时之云和冰雹。如大云般从天空高处宣告。大云发出声音，大云生出雨水。以及具有傲慢光辉的成就之云，具有六种味道的大水之云。散水大云，大云充满大海。无雨之时，云遮盖一切。无边云形和巨大之云。成办一切，赡部洲之云的荣耀。光辉灿烂，具有云之光芒。释迦狮子和龙王胜。以及其他十方世界中，拥有善逝大慈之云者。对一切众生恭敬供养和顶礼。文殊、观世音自在、秘密主。地藏菩萨消除一切障碍。虚空藏、慈氏、普贤。至尊度母、天女部母。恒河女神、财源吉祥天女。居住十方刹土的菩萨众。对一切众生恭敬顶礼、供养和赞叹。佛陀菩提萨埵的大众。请以慈悲怜悯无依众生，消除五种降雨的障碍，迅速降下大雨。加持一切众生具足安乐。梵天、自在天、帝释天、四大天王等。降雨的五种障碍是：虽然有云、闪电、雷鸣、凉风吹拂，占卜者也预言会下雨。但大地上的火元素过于强大，迅速干涸，这是旱灾的第一个原因。同样，由于出现不均衡的风，雨被吹向其他荒凉的地方，这是第二个原因。具有降雨力量的天子们沉溺于酒，放荡不羁，不在雨季降雨，这是第三个原因。人们受欲望驱使，行非法之事，天神不降雨，这是第四个原因。阿修罗罗睺从大海中升起，双手阻挡雨水，说大海受苦。这是在《律藏·分别根本律》的因缘故事中提到的。特别是守护世界的众神，以及具光荣的龙王大尊们。如来依照佛陀的教言，今日迎请你们。骑乘堆积如山般击败云朵的青年。

I, utterly destroy untimely clouds and hailstorms. Like great clouds, I proclaim from the heights of the sky. Great clouds emit sound, great clouds give rise to rainwater. And the clouds of accomplishment with arrogant splendor, the great water clouds with six flavors. Scattering water, great clouds, great clouds fill the ocean. When there is no rain, the clouds cover everything. Limitless cloud forms and great clouds. Accomplishing everything, the glory of the clouds of Jambudvipa. Radiantly shining, possessing the rays of clouds. Shakya Lion and Naga King Victorious. And others in the ten directions of the world, those who possess the clouds of the Sugata Great Compassionate One. To all beings, I respectfully offer and prostrate. Manjushri, Avalokiteshvara, Lord of Secrets. Kshitigarbha Bodhisattva eliminates all obstacles. Akasagarbha, Maitreya, Samantabhadra. Jetsun Tara, Goddess Mother of the Clan. Goddess Ganga, Goddess of Wealth and Fortune. The assembly of Bodhisattvas residing in the ten directions. To all beings, I respectfully bow, offer, and praise. The great assembly of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Please, with compassion, think of the helpless beings, eliminate the five obstacles to rainfall, and quickly send down great rain. Bless all beings to be endowed with happiness. Brahma, Ishvara, Indra, the Four Great Kings, and others. The five obstacles to rainfall are: Although there are clouds, lightning, thunder, and cool winds blowing, and diviners predict that it will rain. But the fire element on the earth is too strong, and it quickly dries up, which is the first cause of drought. Similarly, due to the occurrence of uneven winds, the rain is blown to other desolate places, which is the second cause. The sons of the gods who have the power of rainfall are intoxicated and unrestrained, and do not give rain in the rainy season, which is the third cause. People are driven by desire and engage in non-dharmic activities, and the gods do not give rain, which is the fourth cause. The Asura Rahu rises from the ocean, blocks the rain with both hands, and says that the ocean is suffering. This is mentioned in the context of the causes in the Vinaya Sutra, the Root of Distinctions. Especially the gods who protect the world, and the glorious great Naga Kings. According to the Buddha's teachings, today I invite you. Riding on a youth piled up like mountains, defeating the clouds.
