抛洒白芥子朵玛下达指令。之后在九眼泉以上，取用从凶猛本尊处取得土地的水，装满水桶，进行耶达的加持。用咒师的黑羊毛覆盖。皈依发心。从空性中，自身显现为导师释迦牟尼佛，观想为浩瀚水海。在黑羊毛海中，一头如同乌云的大象，从口中呼出的气息在空中化为巨大乌云，观想被守护的地方全部被黑暗笼罩。在此状态中，念诵能仁心咒：嗡 牟尼 牟尼 玛哈 牟那耶 梭哈（藏文：ཨོཾ་མུ་ནི་མུ་ནི་མ་ཧཱ་མུ་ན་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，梵文天城体：ॐ मुनि मुनि महा मुनये स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ muni muni mahā munaye svāhā，汉语字面意思：嗡，牟尼，牟尼，大牟尼，梭哈）。在未完成禁制之前，每天尽力念诵。期间，向地方神祇、龙族、地主神洒水朵玛，下达指令。禁制完成后，将龙朵玛等倒入泉眼中，向龙族忏悔。向地方地主神供养酬谢朵玛。这样必定能够阻挡，绝无不应验之事。这是反复实践的经验之谈。此乃甚深之语。吉祥增上。如果需要降雨，那么那个地方的村民们将最好的面粉、最好的白色食物朵玛供养给本尊和护法，祈祷。实际的材料是黑狗心白色粪便，大约两个阿如拉果大小，念诵此咒语：萨玛 萨玛 斯利 斯利 颇颇 度拉 度拉 奇利 奇利 奇（藏文：ས་མ་ས་མ་སི་ལི་སི་ལི་ཕོབ་ཕོབ་དུལ་དུལ་ཆིལ་ཆིལ་ཆིགཿ，无法考证梵文，汉语字面意思：萨玛 萨玛 斯利 斯利 颇颇 度拉 度拉 奇利 奇利 奇）。首先，对此进行一百万遍的念诵。在食物上念诵一百零七遍咒语加持材料。将大约一个阿如拉果大小的材料放入一个陶制空心蟾蜍中，用泥土封口，然后秘密地埋在泉水中，不要被人看见。念诵：降雨 降雨（藏文：ཆར་བྷྱོ་བྷྱོཿ，无法考证梵文，汉语字面意思：雨，来，来！），这样在泉水中加持材料就可以了。不会有任何冲突。观想随自己喜欢的本尊。不需要计算时间和日期。仅仅放置，云就会聚集而来。将大约一个阿如拉果大小的材料在泉眼处焚烧。放置后，自己回家或者留在泉眼处都可以，怎么方便怎么做。如果雨太大，就取出材料，直到雨停为止。风会聚集和吹散云朵。如果吹散了，就写下镇风咒语。云 萨达拉 普（藏文：སྤྲིན་ས་ཏ་ར་ཕུདཿ，无法考证梵文，汉语字面意思：云，萨达拉，普）。念诵一百零一遍，向四面八方吹气，这样就能镇住风。用这个方法，无论拖延多久，三天内必定会下雨。这是印度一位班智达的口诀。这是从法王米庞仁波切的手稿中抄录的。如果想要镇压地震。

Offer white mustard seed torma and issue commands. Then, above nine springs, take water from the land acquired by fierce Bon deities, fill a bucket, and perform the consecration of Ye Dhar. Cover it with a black wool cloth from a mantra practitioner. Take refuge and generate bodhicitta. From emptiness, visualize yourself as the teacher Shakyamuni Buddha, like a vast ocean of water. In the black wool ocean, an elephant resembling a black cloud exhales breath into the sky, transforming into a great black cloud, visualizing that all the places to be protected are covered in darkness. In this state, recite the essence mantra of the Thubpa (Buddha): Om Muni Muni Maha Munaye Svaha (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་མུ་ནི་མུ་ནི་མ་ཧཱ་མུ་ན་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ मुनि मुनि महा मुनये स्वाहा, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ muni muni mahā munaye svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om, Sage, Sage, Great Sage, Svaha). Recite as much as possible each day until the restriction is completed. Occasionally, offer water torma and issue commands to the local deities, nagas, and earth lords. After the restriction is completed, pour the naga torma into the spring and apologize to the nagas. Offer gratitude torma to the local earth lords. This will surely block it, there is no possibility of it not working. This is a practice based on repeated experience. These are profound words. May virtue and excellence increase. If rain is needed, the villagers of that place offer the best flour and the best white food torma to the yidam and dharma protectors, and pray. The actual substance is the excrement of a black dog with a white heart, about the size of two arura fruits, and recite this mantra: Sama Sama Sili Sili Phob Phob Dula Dula Chili Chili Chig (Tibetan: ས་མ་ས་མ་སི་ལི་སི་ལི་ཕོབ་ཕོབ་དུལ་དུལ་ཆིལ་ཆིལ་ཆིགཿ, Sanskrit not verifiable, Literal Chinese meaning: Sama Sama Sili Sili Phob Phob Dula Dula Chili Chili Chig). First, perform a million recitations of this. Recite the mantra one hundred and seven times over the substance to bless it. Place a substance about the size of an arura fruit into a hollowed-out clay toad, seal it with clay, and secretly bury it in the spring, so that it is not seen by anyone. Recite: Rain Bhyo Bhyo (Tibetan: ཆར་བྷྱོ་བྷྱོཿ, Sanskrit not verifiable, Literal Chinese meaning: Rain, come, come!), and that is enough to bless the substance in the spring. There will be no conflict. Meditate on any deity you prefer. There is no need to calculate the time and date. Just by placing it, clouds will gather and come. Burn a substance about the size of an arura fruit at the spring entrance. After placing it, you can either go home or stay at the spring, whichever is convenient. If the rain is too heavy, take out the substance until the rain stops. The wind either gathers or scatters the clouds. If it scatters, write down the wind-suppressing mantra. Cloud Satara Phud (Tibetan: སྤྲིན་ས་ཏ་ར་ཕུདཿ, Sanskrit not verifiable, Literal Chinese meaning: Cloud, Satara, Phud). Recite it one hundred and one times, blowing in the four directions and eight intermediate directions, and this will suppress the wind.
