If this poison is not expelled tonight, if this harm is not released tonight, if this person is not released tonight, if this disease is not benefited tonight, the command of Vajrapani has come, you will have your life essence cut off. Therefore, without transgressing the command, expel all cruelty, expel the poisons of sight, expel the poisons of touch, expel the poisons of breath, expel the poisons of evil thoughts and actions. Leprosy, smallpox, cataracts, swelling, scabies, sores, and boils, intestinal ulcers, diarrhea, and stiffness, expel all cruelty. Nāga śik śik nāga khrol khrol nāga rbub rbub. All diseases of the earth lords, nagas, and the eight classes, pacify, kuru ye svāhā. Hūṃ! From the south of the dense forest, the commoner Naga tribes, and the sun, Mars, the fire planet, sending poisons that are hot and burning, expel all cruelty.
