ང་འབར་བས༴ འཁོར་ལོ་མེ་ལོང་རལ་གྲིས༴ རྩེ་གསུམ་མདུང་ཐུང་དགྲ་སྟས༴ རིན་ཆེན་པདྨ་ལྕགས་ཀྱུས༴ ལྕགས་སྒྲོག་དྲིལ་བུ་ཕྲེང་བས༴ ནོར་རྐྱལ་ཅང་ཏིའུ་རྔེའུ་ཆུང་ཐུགས༴ གྲི་གུག་རུ་མཚོན་སྦ་ལྕག༴ ཕྱག་མཚན་ཞིང་ལྤགས་ཆས་ཀྱིས༴ ཁྱུང་དང་གཡུ་འབྲུག་རྨ་བྱས༴ སེང་གེ་གླང་ཆེན་རྟ་མཆོག༴ ཤ་རྐྱང་བོང་དྲེལ་གཡག་ལུག༴ ཁྱུ་མཆོག་སྟག་གཟིག་མ་ཧེས༴ ཅེ་སྤྱང་དོམ་དྲེད་བདུད་བྱས༴ མི་ནག་བྱ་ནག་ཁྱི་ནག་ཐུགས༴ དཔལ་གྱི་ཕོ་ཉའི་ཚོགས་ཀྱིས་ཐུགས་དམ་བསྐང་། །བསྐངས་པས་དངོས་གྲུབ་དམ་པ་སྩལ་དུ་གསོལ། །གསང་མཆོད་སྦྱོར་སྒྲོལ་མཆོད་པས་ཐུགས༴ ཐབས་དང་ཤེས་རབ་དགྱེས་སྤྲིན༴ མཁའ་མཉམ་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ཀྱིས་ཐུགས༴ སྣང་སྲིད་ཐམས་ཅད་སངས་རྒྱས་ཞིང་དུ་བསྐང་། །སྣོད་བཅུད་ཐམས་ཅད་ལྷ་དང་ལྷ་མོར་བསྐང་། །གཟུགས་སྣང་སྐུ་ཡི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཉིད་དུ་བསྐང་། །སྒྲར་སྣང་གསུང་གི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཉིད་དུ་བསྐང་། །དྲན་རིག་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ཉིད་དུ་བསྐང་། །ཉོན་མོངས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཆེན་པོར་བསྐང་། །དགག་སྒྲུབ་ཐམས་ཅད་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་སུ་བསྐང་། །ཆོས་རྣམས་ཐམས་ཅད་མ་སྐྱེས་སྟོང་པར་བསྐང་། །སྟོང་རིག་ཆོས་དབྱིངས་བདེ་ཆེན་བརྡལ་བར་བསྐང་། །བསྐངས་པས་དངོས་གྲུབ་དམ་པ་སྩལ་དུ་གསོལ། །ཧོཿ དགོངས་སུ་གསོལ་ལོ་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྤྱན་ལྡན་རྣམས། །བདག་ནི་སྒྲུབ་མཆོག་ངེས་པའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་བ། །གསང་ཆེན་བླ་ན་མེད་པའི་ལམ་ཞུགས་ཏེ། །རྩ་བ་ཡན་ལག་དམ་ཚིག་མནོས་པ་ལས། །འགལ་འཁྲུལ་ཉམས་ཆགས་ནོངས་པ་ཅི་མཆིས་པ། །མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས་སོ་དག་ཅིང་ཚངས་པ་སྩོལ། །སྲུང་མ་ཁྱེད་བསྟེན་སྒྲུབ་པར་ཁས་བླངས་ཀྱང་། །རྐྱེན་དང་ལེ་ ལོས་དེ་ལྟར་རྔོ་མ་ཐོགས། །སྒྲུབ་མཆོད་བསྟེན་པའི་དམ་རྫས་མ་ཚང་དང་། །སྒྲུབ་པ་ཡུན་ཐུང་བཟླས་གྲངས་ཉུང་བ་དང་། །ཏིང་འཛིན་མ་གསལ་ལས་སྦྱོར་ཚད་མ་འཁྱོལ། །ལྷ་མཆོག་ཁྱེད་དང་ད་དུང་ཞལ་མ་མཇལ། །བདག་ནི་དང་པོའི་ལས་ཅན་གཏི་མུག་པས། །སེམས་ཉིད་དོན་གྱི་བདེན་པ་མ་མཐོང་སྟེ། །རྨད་བྱུང་གསང་བ་སྔགས་ཀྱི་བརྟུལ་ཞུགས་ལ། །ཐེ་ཚོམ་སོམ་ཉི་ཉོན་མོངས་ལོག་ལྟ་ཡིས། །དང་དུ་མ་བླང་སྨད་ཅིང་སྤང་བ་སོགས། །ཉམས་སྒྲིབ་ཉེས་ལྟུང་ཐམས་ཅད་མཐོལ་ལོ་བཤགས། །བདག་གི་འགལ་འཁྲུལ་ཉམས་ཆག་ཇི་མཆིས་པ། །ཡེ་ཤེས་སྤྱན་མངའ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་ལ་གསལ། །སྔོན་ཚེ་དཔལ་ཆེན་འབར་བའི་སྤྱན་སྔ་རུ། །ཉམས་ཆག་བསྐངས་ཞིང་བསྟན་པ་སྲུང་ངོ་ཞེས། །ཞལ་བཞེས་གང་ལགས་དུས་འདིར་དགོངས་མཛོད་ལ། །བདག་གི་འགལ་འཁྲུལ

我，以燃烧…，以轮、镜、宝剑…，三尖矛、短矛、敌斧…，珍宝、莲花、铁钩…，铁索、铃铛、念珠…，宝囊、铫子、小鼓，心…，弯刀、颅骨杖、手杖…，手印、田皮装饰…，琼鸟、玉龙、孔雀…，狮子、大象、骏马…，麝香鹿、驴骡、牦牛、绵羊…，畜群之首、老虎、豹子、水牛…，豺、狼、熊、罴、魔鬼所为…，黑人、黑鸟、黑狗，心… 光荣的使者众，请圆满誓言！圆满后，祈请赐予殊胜成就！以秘密供养、合一解脱供养，心…，方便与智慧，欢喜云…，等虚空菩提心，心…，将一切显有存在圆满为佛土！将一切器情圆满为天神与天女！将色相圆满为身之坛城！将声音显现圆满为语之坛城！将忆念觉知圆满为意之坛城！将一切烦恼圆满为大智慧！将一切遮破与建立圆满为菩提心！将一切法圆满为无生空性！将空性觉性法界圆满为大乐广阔！圆满后，祈请赐予殊胜成就！ 吽！ 祈请垂听，具智慧眼者们！ 我是成就殊胜的决定瑜伽士，进入无上大秘密道，从根本支分领受誓言后，所有违背、错谬、衰损、过失，皆忏悔、坦白，祈请清净与梵行！ 护法您，虽承诺依止修持，然因缘与懒惰，未能如愿。 修持供养所依之誓物不全，修持时间短，念诵数量少，三摩地不清晰，事业行为不达标准，殊胜本尊您，至今未能亲见。 我是最初之业者，因愚昧，未见心性意义之真谛，对于稀有秘密真言之行，以怀疑、犹豫、烦恼、邪见，不愿接受，诽谤且舍弃等，所有衰损、罪障、罪堕皆忏悔。 我之违背、错谬、衰损所有，具智慧眼之您心中明了。 往昔于光荣炽燃者尊前，曾承诺圆满衰损且守护教法，彼等誓言，此时请忆念，我之违背错谬

Me, with burning..., with wheel, mirror, sword..., three-pointed spear, short spear, enemy axe..., jewel, lotus, iron hook..., iron chain, bell, rosary..., treasure bag, ewer, small drum, heart..., curved knife, skull staff, cane..., hand seal, field skin decoration..., garuda, jade dragon, peacock..., lion, elephant, steed..., musk deer, mule, yak, sheep..., herd leader, tiger, leopard, buffalo..., jackal, wolf, bear, demon's doing..., black person, black bird, black dog, heart... Glorious assembly of messengers, please fulfill the samaya! Having fulfilled, please grant the supreme accomplishment! With secret offering, union liberation offering, heart..., skillful means and wisdom, joyful clouds..., equal to space bodhicitta, heart..., may all appearances and existences be fulfilled as Buddha-fields! May all containers and contents be fulfilled as gods and goddesses! May form appearances be fulfilled as the mandala of the body! May sound appearances be fulfilled as the mandala of speech! May memory and awareness be fulfilled as the mandala of mind! May all afflictions be fulfilled as great wisdom! May all negations and affirmations be fulfilled as bodhicitta! May all dharmas be fulfilled as unborn emptiness! May emptiness awareness dharmadhatu be fulfilled as great bliss expanse! Having fulfilled, please grant the supreme accomplishment! HO! Please listen, you who possess wisdom eyes! I am the definite yogi of supreme accomplishment, having entered the unsurpassed great secret path, having received vows from the root and branches, all violations, errors, deteriorations, and faults, I confess and admit, please purify and grant brahmacharya! Protector, you, although promised to rely on practice, but due to conditions and laziness, it did not succeed as desired. The samaya substances relied upon for practice and offering are incomplete, the practice time is short, the number of recitations is small, the samadhi is unclear, the activities do not meet the standards, supreme deity you, have not yet been seen in person. I am the initial karma person, due to ignorance, not seeing the truth of the meaning of mind nature, regarding the rare secret mantra conduct, with doubt, hesitation, affliction, and wrong view, unwilling to accept, slandering and abandoning, etc., all deteriorations, obscurations, and transgressions I confess. All my violations, errors, and deteriorations, are clear in your mind who possess wisdom eyes. In the past, in the presence of the glorious blazing one, I promised to fulfill deteriorations and protect the teachings, those vows, please remember at this time, my violations and errors
