进入灌顶之门，领受难违金刚誓言之后，因无知、放逸、不敬和烦恼所致，违越了根本身语意的誓言而失坏，以及支分誓言二十五条，修法殊胜誓言二十条，行持恒常誓言四条，自性见誓言四条，重要引导决定誓言三条，以及其他细微支分誓言一千零八条等，总而言之，对于一切从内道方便续部经典中所出的誓言的守护界限不知晓，以及所有违背经典的所作所为，全部忏悔！此外，对于所有内外密咒续部经典中所出的誓言，以及菩萨戒，声闻部的律仪，世间法和誓言有所违背的所有行为，全部忏悔！此外，对于教言不听从，行持狡诈欺骗，泄露隐秘的秘密，没有在处所安置坛那，没有加持嘎纳的结合，供品和咒语以及三摩地不纯净，由于无明的控制，以虚伪和矫饰而错误地修持密咒，对于甚深见行没有端正，以及产生是否是正确的怀疑念头，认识到是正确的，但心中产生懈怠，明知故犯，没有证悟法性义的真谛，只是信任夸夸其谈的言辞见解，誓言失坏者，以及誓言混杂者，以及无誓言者，以及具罪障者，以及对于不适合作为密咒法器者宣讲和传播密咒之法，以及护持，以及集会混杂，以及言语粗俗行为粗暴等，由于做了污秽不净的行为，与内外持明者的意愿相违背，以及轻视甚深教言的意义，由于随顺自我的意愿，被财富和食物所控制，对三宝的本尊做了诛杀的咒语，以及使用和减少盗用三宝的财物，以及用于献给时节供养和会供以及甚深禅修的供品资具，以及减少，以及初十和二十五等的时节供养中断。

After entering the gate of empowerment and receiving the unbreakable Vajra vows, due to ignorance, negligence, disrespect, and afflictions, I have transgressed and broken the root vows of body, speech, and mind, as well as the twenty-five branch vows, the twenty vows of special practice, the four vows of constant conduct, the four vows of intrinsic view, the three vows of essential guidance, and other minor branch vows such as the one thousand and eight vows. In short, I confess all transgressions against the vows that arise from all the inner tantric scriptures of skillful means, without knowing the boundaries of their protection and acting contrary to the scriptures. Furthermore, I confess all transgressions against the vows that arise from the scriptures of all outer and inner secret mantra tantras, as well as the Bodhisattva vows, the Vinaya of the Shravakas, worldly laws, and oaths. Furthermore, I confess all acts of disobedience to the teachings, engaging in deceitful behavior, revealing hidden secrets, not establishing the mandala in its place, not blessing the union of the gana, impure offerings, mantras, and samadhi, misusing secret mantras due to ignorance, hypocrisy, and pretense, not rectifying the profound view and conduct, and having doubts about whether it is correct or not. Even when recognizing it as correct, laziness arises in the mind, and I knowingly violate the vows. I have not realized the truth of the nature of reality, but instead rely on boastful words and views. I have spoken and spread the secret mantra teachings to those who have broken their vows, those with mixed vows, those without vows, those with sins and obscurations, and those who are not suitable vessels for secret mantra. I have also engaged in impure actions such as mingling in gatherings, using vulgar language, and behaving crudely, which contradict the wishes of the inner and outer holders of vows. I have also disregarded the meaning of the profound teachings, and under the influence of self-will, I have been controlled by wealth and food. I have recited mantras to harm the deities of the Three Jewels, and I have used, reduced, and stolen the property of the Three Jewels, as well as the offerings dedicated to seasonal offerings, tsok offerings, and profound meditation practices. I have also interrupted seasonal offerings such as those on the tenth and twenty-fifth days of the month.
