以此，远离一切痛苦衰败，愿成就无死金刚之青春，以及大乐智慧。如是说。以供奉血之供品，于最胜贪欲大乐之中，愿能摄伏显有，获得莲花自在之身。如是说。以供奉朵玛之供品，受用无尽欲妙之宝藏，愿具足十力之力量，富饶十自在之自在。各自之后如是说。共同而言，此时得见三根本喜悦之面容，愿如意成就二种悉地。生生世世为天神所摄受，愿成为一切有情之吉祥。如是等等，回向无上菩提，广发广大之愿文。此乃依上师意集所说之义，于土鼠年四月二十七日，米滂（米庞仁波切）所书。吉祥！ ༈ །།六面鼓舞。 吽 (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，हुं，吽)：从法界显现光芒之身，于所欲成就之吉祥中显现，光芒之王降临于舞蹈。最初之舞生起于法界，最终之舞击打于虚空。于智慧母之虚空法界中，以方便父之舞击打，四种事业嬉戏之舞。吽 (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，हुं，吽)：于三千大千世界中，一切有情草木森林，一切皆为寂静之坛城，自然成就寂静之身。显现为形象乃寂静之身，发声为音声乃寂静之语，心之念头乃寂静之意，动摇手印乃寂静之舞，作为嬉戏乃寂静之舞。于八怖畏之尸陀林中，击打八寂静之舞，愿从八怖畏中解脱。萨瓦 香 谛 固 如 耶 梭哈 (སརྦ་ཤཱནྟིང་ཀུ་རུ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，sarva śāntiṃ kuru ye svāhā，सर्व शान्तिं कुरु ये स्वाहा，息灭一切，成办，愿圆满)。今于尸陀林秘密最胜之坛城中，以击打大寂静之舞，愿瑜伽士我之火与水与疾病与饥荒，战争与敌与，武器与非时而死之八怖畏得以息灭。其他三者如是，于增长等改变词句，吽 (ཧཱུྃ，hūṃ，हुं，吽)：从法界等，一切皆为增长之……增长之身等结合，于六富饶之坛城中，以击打六增长之舞，愿具足六富饶。萨瓦 玛哈

Thus, may I be separated from all suffering and decay, and may I accomplish the immortal vajra youth and the great bliss wisdom. Thus it is said. By offering the Torma offering, may I enjoy the inexhaustible treasure of desirable qualities, may I possess the power of the ten strengths, and may I be rich with the freedom of the ten freedoms. Thus it is said after each one. In common, at this time, having seen the joyful face of the Three Roots, may the two siddhis be accomplished as desired. In all lifetimes, may I be cared for by the gods, and may I become the glory of all sentient beings. Thus, etc., dedicating to the unsurpassed enlightenment, and making vast prayers. Appearing as form is the peaceful body, sounding as sound is the peaceful speech, the mind's thoughts are the peaceful mind, the moving mudras are the peaceful dance, acting as play is the peaceful dance. In the charnel ground of the eight fears, striking the eight peaceful dances, may I be liberated from the eight fears. Sarva Shanting Kuru Ye Svaha (སརྦ་ཤཱནྟིང་ཀུ་རུ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།，sarva śāntiṃ kuru ye svāhā，सर्व शान्तिं कुरु ये स्वाहा，Pacify all, accomplish, may it be fulfilled).
