功德无量。༈。第二，内在的沐浴是：以禅定持续的咒语沐浴来守护，自身观想为手印镇压，心间法轮位于八脉瓣上。在心间中央，观想五种精华汇聚的光明点，（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）如天空般蓝色，放射光芒。在八个脉瓣上，观想以“ཨེ་མྱགས་ཡ་རྔུབ་མུག་ཤག་ཀ་དུནཿ”八个字装饰。然后，通过念诵咒语，中央（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हूं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽）的光芒激发八脉瓣的八个字母，咒语融入智慧之光。光芒的集合遍布全身，充满所有脉管。无明烦恼的念头，以及由五毒产生的四大疾病，阻断其间的邪魔障碍损害，毒药和诅咒，以及来自他人的邪恶力量，以及突发的不洁净的污秽，都被智慧的光芒净化并融入光中，消失得无影无踪。身体和心灵变得轻松、清澈明亮，如无垢的水晶球，所有疾病、邪魔、罪障都被清除，感觉空荡荡的像气球一样。 这是禅定中的沐浴，是净化疾病、邪魔和罪障的最佳方法。第三，法性完全清净的空性意义上的沐浴是：自己的心性不离空性、离戏的实相，大手印法身本来如此。无需断除、取舍、努力和修持，以自识自解的方式，将自生智慧任运成就地修持。在此状态中，无论如何出现不间断的显现、智慧的能量或清晰的念头，如烦恼的念头云朵，心的实相都不会成立任何事物，不离离戏如虚空般的自性，自生自灭，安住于原始空性大圆满的本性中。这是守护一切之王，无上的空性盔甲。正如经续中所说：“本来清净智慧身，任运成就本具足，断除勤作希忧执，分别习气如云雾，不执如同虚空般，说是守护之王也。”如此宣说。以沐浴守护的窍诀外

Immeasurable merit. ༈. Second, the inner bath is: to protect with the mantra bath of constant meditation. One's own heart chakra, visualized as a mudra of subjugation, is located on the eight petals of the Dharma wheel. In the center of the heart, visualize a drop of light composed of the five essences, (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) blue like the sky, radiating light. On the eight petals, visualize them adorned with the eight letters: "E MYAG YA NGUB MUG SHAG KA DUNḤ." Then, by reciting the mantra, the light of the central (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) stimulates the eight letters on the eight petals, and the mantras dissolve into the light of wisdom. The collection of light rays pervades the entire body, filling all the channels. Ignorance, the thoughts of afflictions, and the obstacles, demons, and harms that arise from the five poisons, cutting off the four elements of disease in between, poison, curses, and the power of evil actions from others, and the temporary, impure defilements are purified by the light of wisdom and dissolve into light, disappearing completely. Body and mind become light, clear, and bright, like a flawless crystal ball, and all diseases, demons, sins, and obscurations are purified, feeling empty like a balloon. This is the bath of meditation, the best way to purify diseases, demons, and sins. Third, the bath of the meaning of emptiness, the complete purity of Dharma nature, is: one's own mind is the reality that does not deviate from emptiness and freedom from elaboration, the Great Seal, the Dharmakaya, which is originally so. Without the need to abandon, adopt, strive, or practice, one should practice the self-arisen wisdom spontaneously accomplished in the manner of self-recognition and self-understanding. In this state, no matter how the unceasing appearances, the energy of wisdom, or clear thoughts arise, like clouds of afflictive thoughts, the reality of the mind does not establish anything, and one does not deviate from the nature of freedom from elaboration, like the sky. One should familiarize oneself with the nature of self-arising, self-liberation, and the great original emptiness. This is the king of all protections, the unsurpassed armor of emptiness. As it is said in the tantras: "Originally pure wisdom body, spontaneously accomplished and complete, free from effort, hope, fear, and grasping, conceptual habits are like clouds, not grasping like the sky, it is said to be the king of protections." In the inner secret sequence, from the instructions of the Vidyadhara lineage such as Guru Padmasambhava and Tsuglag Palge, clearly compiled with the joy of subduing radiance, may there be auspiciousness! ༈ །། In the precious heart palace, the assembly of deities with the mudra of subduing radiance, from whose bodies blaze rays of wisdom light, from the vast realm of Dharmadhatu, I invoke the blessings and wisdom nectar of the ocean of the Three Jewels and Three Roots, transforming into white rays of light, completely filling my body, purifying diseases, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, and conceptual thoughts. I contemplate receiving the Vajra blessing in my three doors. Through the vase empowerment and mantra recitation, all the faults of the three doors are completely pacified without a trace, and one will attain accomplishment. The eight great charnel grounds and other great accomplishment places, I fulfill the heart commitment of the peaceful and wrathful deities, vast and boundless.
