Visualize the deities of Non, their body color, hand gestures, ornaments, and attire according to the scriptures, invite the retinue and request them to be seated. Offer them with actual offerings and mind-created offerings. Then, hold the white protection thread attached to the vase with the ring finger and recite the mantra. Visualize the deities residing in a sphere of light, with the radiant light of wisdom blazing in their realm, and the stream of wisdom nectar swirling in the vase, and recite as much as possible. Then, vigorously recite the mantra over mustard seeds and other substances, and pour them into the vase. Visualize that the light of the deities purifies diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations, and that you attain the accomplishments of body, speech, and mind. In this way, the light of the mantra should be continuous, and afterwards, visualize the deities dissolving into light, inseparable from the vase water, as the nectar of wisdom. By bathing with it, all ignorance, conceptual thoughts, and the diseases, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, and impurities arising from them are purified, just as the sun dispels darkness, or a crystal vessel is washed with water, or dust is wiped away with conch powder, and the mind becomes clear like the sky, and the body becomes like a polished crystal ball. By drinking the vase water, visualize the nectar of wisdom filling the body, with a small amount seeping out from each pore, appearing as the form of a wrathful deity. Rest your mind in the state of non-conceptual luminosity. It is said that this king of secret mantras can destroy the obscurations of karma and afflictions, as well as all harm from diseases, evil spirits, poisons, curses, black magic, and so on. In particular, it can bind and protect difficult-to-subdue evil spirits and demons, causing them pain and cutting them off. It is said that it can eradicate all difficult-to-cure diseases such as leprosy from their roots, and repel all unpleasant curses. It is also said in the tantras: "Recitation destroys all misfortunes, continuous recitation of a thousand times brings peaceful protection, recitation of a hundred thousand times for five or seven days prevents hail, earthquakes, epidemics, miasmas, curses, the opening of the mouth of death, the spread of leprosy like fire, the occurrence of untimely sounds, and the flooding of water and weapons. At such times, one should recite the mantra fiercely and harshly." As such, it is beneficial.
