It is like the appearance and emptiness are intertwined like black and white threads. Or, if you think that it is just appearance, it is conventional truth, and in reality, there is nothing. If you think like that, then emptiness will go against dependent origination. In any case, just because the wisdom of the union of appearance and emptiness cannot be accommodated in the mind, it leads to the evil deeds of abandoning the Dharma and many different claims. The way these are misunderstood is: If you examine these appearing objects, and think that their non-establishment is emptiness, then this establishment is what needs to be refuted. Until that is eliminated and cut off, it is thought that emptiness cannot be established. It is like not knowing existence when it is empty, and not knowing emptiness when it exists. Such a contradictory phenomenon occurs to all beginners. Therefore, making objects the object of refutation, and thinking that they do not exist, although it is an obstacle to the clinging to existence that has been accustomed to since beginningless time, and is an excellent way of thinking for beginners, it is very bad if you think that the ultimate and correct view is only that. Therefore, if emptiness is not understood as the essence of the nature of all phenomena, but is only applied to the nothingness of eliminating and refuting all phenomena, and if you are content to boast about the incomprehensible state with many expressions of speculation, that is not right. When you have experienced the reality of the inseparability of emptiness and dependent origination, and you see your own nature without obscuration, then on that face, it shows that there is no talk of appearance being bright and clear having its own characteristics. That is to say, all appearances are empty by nature, or all appearances appear only in the single realm of emptiness from the beginning, rather than saying that emptiness is only established nominally, or that it is only empty in the ultimate truth, and that appearance is not emptiness, and so on. Don't understand it that way. Even if it is said like this, it is easy to be misunderstood because of too much emphasis on non-cessation, and it seems that emptiness is a state of nothingness where all appearances disappear. This is actually a direct manifestation of the view of Heshang, so it should be refuted again with the reason that emptiness and dependent origination are inseparable. Although there are many sharp reasons to refute this kind of view, I will put it aside for now because I am afraid of the limitations of words. In short, all appearances exist in the nature of emptiness by nature.

Sa. This refers to not seeing the distinction of "this is empty, this is not empty." Therefore, for empty talks that do not understand or grasp the profound key points, in ignorant minds, there are many statements that seem true, let alone seeing the great mother of emptiness without error. There seems to be a doubt of running away, which is a very dissatisfied expression. Like this, those with minds of refutation might think: Then, for the object of directly realizing emptiness like this, does this appearance exist or not? If it does not exist, then it becomes merely emptiness. If it exists, then how can it remain in merely emptiness? The phenomena of dependent arising, although they exist in the object of that mind, if they exist, they must be non-empty. The existence and non-existence of the object of ordinary consciousness like this, if they are one, then they are not one. It does not seem to have such a contradictory boundary. Therefore, it can be determined that even if the aspect of appearance is not damaged at all, it still appears as emptiness, and it does not change from the nature of emptiness, just as it is said, "Form is emptiness, emptiness is form." Father dependent arising, which is infallible, and mother emptiness, which is free from elaboration, not only do not contradict each other, but with the intimate relationship of helping each other, originally it is impossible to determine emptiness and only go to appearance, and it is impossible to abandon appearance and only become emptiness. With the inseparable ease, appearance is emptiness, emptiness is appearance. In the state of the union of appearance and emptiness, it is gentle and happy, comfortable and pleasant. I, the yogi, feel happy about this. For the sake of the current inferior minds, it is specially eliminated that the two truths contradict each other, like the wart on a cow's horn or the evil minds that cannot coexist like fire and water. For this reason, Je Tsongkhapa also took the very profound essence of Nagarjuna and Chandrakirti's thought. It is easy to have a dry understanding of mere emptiness, but it is difficult for emptiness to appear as dependent arising. Therefore, he emphasized proving it wherever he spoke, and emphasized that dependent arising is more important than emptiness. If one cannot understand the meaning of this view, and only says something about behavior, this is the view of some Gelugpas who did not exist before. With reason, it is refuted that the unsurpassed tradition of Je Tsongkhapa is not like this. Even so, the great Je himself said, appearance
