因此,无学道是通过如实地观察法性的本质,并断除包括习气在内的所有障碍,从而修习与颠倒毫不相关的禅定。第三,由菩萨等所开示,菩萨们修习如正念等道,有三种殊胜之处,是哪三种呢? 目标是广泛地缘于包括自他相续的一切法,并以无我二性的自性来观察,因此是广大的。而声闻和独觉主要以自己的相续之法为重点,仅仅缘于人无我,因此是狭小的。 作意方面,声闻和独觉以无常等相状来作意,而菩萨则远离常无常等一切增益和损减,以无所缘的方式来作意。 获得果位的方式也不同,声闻和独觉们脱离身体不净等,获得低劣的涅槃。而菩萨们修习既不脱离身体等,也不是为了不脱离,而是为了获得不住涅槃,因此菩萨的修习是如此殊胜。第二,关于道的阶段,分为九个阶段和三个阶段两种。第一种分为正文和对它的分类的阐述两部分。第一,由“因位”等来阐述,道的阶段分为九种:因位是指安住于种姓的补特伽罗;进入是指发起三乘菩提心的阶段;加行是指从发起菩提心到未获得初地之间的阶段;果位是指获得初地;在道上具有勤作的阶段是从二地到七地之间;没有勤作或无学是指八地;具有各别正智和神通等殊胜功德是指九地;同样,超胜所有有学之地的上师是指十地;无上无学道是指佛陀的果位,总共有九种。第二,由“信解与”等来阐述,对于上述所说的,还有其他的分类方法,即以种姓、进入和加行所涵盖的资粮道和加行道,被称为信行地;

Therefore, the path of no-more-learning is to cultivate meditation that is completely unrelated to inversion by truly seeing the essence of the nature of reality and abandoning all obscurations, including habitual tendencies. Third, as taught by Bodhisattvas and others, the Bodhisattvas cultivate paths such as mindfulness, which are superior in three ways. What are these three? The object is vast because it is directed towards all phenomena included in the continuum of both oneself and others, and it is viewed as the nature of the two selflessnesses. The Hearers and Solitary Realizers, on the other hand, mainly focus on the phenomena of their own continuum and only focus on the selflessness of persons, so it is narrow. In terms of mental engagement, Hearers and Solitary Realizers engage mentally with characteristics such as impermanence, while Bodhisattvas engage mentally in a way that does not focus, being free from all imputations and diminutions such as permanence and impermanence. The way of attaining the result is also different. Hearers and Solitary Realizers separate from impure bodies and attain inferior Nirvana. Bodhisattvas cultivate not to separate from bodies, etc., nor for the sake of not separating, but to attain non-abiding Nirvana, so the Bodhisattva's cultivation is so superior. Second, regarding the stages of the path, there are two divisions: nine stages and three stages. The first is divided into the actual topic and the explanation of its classification. First, it is explained by "the stage of cause," etc. The stages of the path are explained in nine ways: The stage of cause refers to the individual who abides in the lineage; entering refers to the stage of generating the mind of enlightenment in the three vehicles; application refers to the stage from generating the mind of enlightenment until the first ground is attained; stating the result itself refers to attaining the first ground; the stage of being engaged in effort on the path is from the second ground to the seventh ground; the eighth ground is the stage of no effort or no-more-learning; the ninth ground is the stage of possessing special qualities such as individual correct knowledge and clairvoyance; similarly, the tenth ground is the stage of being superior to all grounds of learners; the unsurpassed path of no-more-learning is the ground of Buddhahood itself, so there are nine aspects. Second, it is explained by "faith and," etc. Among the above-mentioned, there are other classifications, namely, the accumulation and preparation paths, which are encompassed by lineage, entering, and application, are called the stage of conduct by faith;

Entering (the first bhumi) is the first bhumi, and from the second to the seventh bhumi, one is sure to be liberated from what is to be abandoned through effort. In the eighth bhumi, one receives prediction, and in the ninth, one teaches the Dharma to those to be tamed with the four kinds of perfect knowledge. In the tenth bhumi, one is empowered by great light, and reaching the Buddha bhumi is the Dharmakaya, possessing great benefit is the Sambhogakaya, and accomplishing the deeds for those to be tamed is the Nirmanakaya. Thus, distinguishing the three kayas, the nine stages of difference are also shown. Secondly, it is shown by the Dharmadhatu and so on. There are three stages of the individual abiding in the Dharmadhatu: the stage of sentient beings not purified by defilements, the stage of Bodhisattvas whose obscurations are not completely purified, but purified according to circumstances, and the stage of Buddhas who are completely purified. These three stages are names applied from the perspective of appearance, according to what is appropriate. So, how are these three individuals or three stages established from the two sets of nine stages mentioned above, according to their respective situations? Being in the stages of cause, entry, union, and aspiration is the stage of impure sentient beings. The five stages from fruit to guru, and the five stages from entry to empowerment, these ten stages abide in the stage of being both pure and impure, and are covered by the Bodhisattva bhumi. The remaining three of the unsurpassed, attainment, etc., which are four, are covered by the non-learning Buddha bhumi, which is the completely pure stage. Among them, this "non-action" is called non-learning, and this "guru" refers to Bodhisattvas who have entered the lands of Sravakas, etc. This is the meaning stated by Vasubandhu. As explained by Loden Sherab, non-learning is the Buddha bhumi, and Sravakas, etc., have realized the perfection of both selflessnesses, therefore entering the status of Mahayana Aryas. Thus, the unsurpassed is established in the Buddha bhumi, and the guru is not established in the tenth bhumi, but is established generally. Thus, the stages of the tenth and eighth bhumis are not specifically indicated, the non-learning and the unsurpassed are repetitive, the differences between the former and latter nine stages are not arranged in order, and the stage of entering the bhumi also does not match the previous.
