Here, it is established as the term "Fruition Vehicle." Such a vehicle has various categories, distinguished as worldly and transworldly vehicles, but here it refers to the three vehicles of liberation: Hearers, Solitary Realizers, and Bodhisattvas. If summarized, they can be grouped into two vehicles: the Great Vehicle and the Small Vehicle. Explaining their differences, it is said that having heard from other teachers about the qualities of Nirvana and the faults of Samsara, and understanding their nature, one will definitely arise in the state of pacifying the suffering of Samsara as one's own result, hence it is called the Hearer Vehicle. The faults and qualities of Samsara and Nirvana, not relying on a teacher, but knowing directly oneself, thus definitely arising in the state of peace, is called the Solitary Realizer Vehicle. Regarding the faults and qualities of Samsara and Nirvana, without distinguishing them, but knowing them as equality, thus definitely arising in the great Nirvana that does not abide in existence or peace, is called the Great Vehicle. That is to say, one should recognize that this is due to the power of the union of the external guide, the virtuous friend, and others, and the internal guide, the profound skillful means and wisdom of one's own continuum. Tenth, it is shown by "imputation with cause, etc." Whatever conventional dharma is imputed through names, words, and letters, is called "with cause, etc." The cause is the Alaya-consciousness itself, from the nature of accumulating various imprints, all appearances arise. "With reason" means the basis or reason for naming, which are the internal and external appearances. What are they? The external aspect includes the appearance as the container world of mountains, continents, etc., and the appearance as bodies, the bodies of various sentient beings, and the appearance as enjoyments, such as forms. The internal aspect includes the afflicted mind, the five aggregates of consciousness, and conceptual thought, that is, the seven aggregates including the consciousness of mind. Thus, all these internal and external appearances are part of the Alaya-consciousness, the ripening result. All of this is produced from the cause of karma and afflictions, is compounded and impermanent, therefore it is called compounded. Completely pacified is cessation, meaning that the object of the path, such as the Tathagatagarbha and Suchness, are uncompounded. The realm of Suchness.

Since the path with characteristics is also pacified, it belongs to peace, and since it is not compounded by afflictions, there is no contradiction in labeling it as uncompounded. However, since the nature of the path itself is characterized by arising and ceasing, it is not considered to be characterized as uncompounded. The one who is skilled in the compounded and the uncompounded is said to be the last of the ten objects of knowledge. If explained in that way, categorizing "with meaning" as suchness, and categorizing "completely pacified cessation" as the fruit of the path of no more learning, then, after summarizing all knowable things into the five dharmas, distinguishing the differences between the compounded and the uncompounded from that, and establishing them in such a way, is beautiful for the Mind-Only school in terms of common and uncommon, and for the common general view, it is distinguished by the reason of having labels and having causes, that is, having the basis of being the basis of complete imputation, and having arising from other-powered causes, or all arising and ceasing phenomena arising from causes are compounded. Whatever is labeled, and those arising and ceasing from causes and conditions, whatever is completely pacified, with meaning, not like the horns of a rabbit that fundamentally do not exist, but like the suchness of perfect reality, is uncompounded. Although it is said that way, no contradiction in meaning is seen. This is the section of the commentary on the chapter on suchness in the Discrimination of the Middle and the Extremes. Second, regarding practice, there are the dharmas of the path, the stages of the path, and the fruits of the path. First, there is the establishment of the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment on the five paths, dividing them into three stages, and explaining the characteristics of the bodhisattva path. First, in the small stage of the accumulation path, the four mindfulnesses are explained; in the middle stage, the four correct abandonments; in the great stage, the four legs of miraculous power; in the heat and peak stages of the path of preparation, the five faculties; in the forbearance and supreme dharma stages, the five powers; in the path of seeing, the seven branches of enlightenment; and in the path of meditation, the eightfold noble path. First, it is indicated by "being in a bad situation," etc. The body is the basis of being in a bad situation, that is, how is the compounded with outflows called being in a bad situation? Since mindfulness is kept on the body with the nature of ripening suffering, one enters the truth of suffering. Feeling is the main factor of arising, the cause of craving, therefore, to it
