Free from Stains Like the center of the sky, abiding with stainless concentration and the water of limitless Dharani gates, the cloud of the Sage King, possessing a pure essence, is the cause for increasing inexhaustible virtuous crops. The manner of transformation of vessels has two similarities. The presentation of the simile and its meaning. Simile: Just as the touch is cool, the taste is delicious, it is gentle as it does not harm the body, and it is light as it is easy to digest. This symbolizes: extremely clear without any odor, even if drunk a lot it does not harm the stomach, it does not harm the throat, the rain of water with a single taste possessing eight branches comes from that cloud. They are associated with different places on the ground, such as salty and non-salty. Like snow, sweet taste, salty taste, etc., it becomes an extremely large number of tastes. Meaning: Likewise, the Buddha's Dharma also possesses the eightfold noble path, and in the same way, the rain of water with a single taste arises from the essence of the vast and extensive cloud of love. From the differences in the realms, faculties, and thoughts of beings' continuums, it becomes endowed with many kinds of tastes, such as the three vehicles. Three similarities without dependence. Briefly explain with three similes. In the same way, the principle of a single taste, the individual who is definitely devoted to the supreme vehicle, and the individual who is neither devoted nor not devoted to it, and the three individuals who are definitely hateful and wrong-minded towards the Great Vehicle are like people, peacocks, and hungry ghosts respectively when it rains. Its meaning is explained in detail. At the end of spring and the beginning of summer, people are unhappy when there are no clouds, and the bird Chataka, which does not fly in the sky, does not pay attention to water and remains in a neutral or equanimous state, and the hungry ghosts are happy. When it rains on the ground in summer, people are happy, the Chataka is in a state of equanimity, appearing as gravel, and the hungry ghosts are unhappy because of suffering. Likewise, the compassionate clouds of the Buddha, due to the coming and not coming of the rain of the true Dharma, those who desire the Dharma are happy and unhappy, the intermediate ones are in a state of equanimity, and the beings who hate the Dharma are unhappy and happy. In the world, it should be known by symbolizing that simile. End.

It is the way of entering without partiality. Even so, when it rains, coarse raindrops are heavy rain, hail falls, and in some places large stones fall, as well as vajra fire, that is, lightning strikes, it harms small creatures and those who have entered caves without protection, and for pretas, the falling of hail etc. causes harm, but how can the rain of clouds harm them? It is not that it does not rain, but the clouds are moving without partiality, the rain is falling, benefiting people in general, and even if it harms pretas etc., it is because of their own faults, not the fault of the rain. Similarly, the Buddha, with the profound and subtle emptiness and the vast rain of Dharma such as generosity, knows in a rational way, and arises from the clouds of loving-kindness, then the afflictions of the fortunate ones will be purified, and for the unfortunate, hateful, and those with firm egoistic tendencies, even if it does not benefit for a while but causes harm, but for them also, the rain of Dharma is poured down completely without partiality. The three common methods of extinguishing fires, pacify the fires of suffering. The cycle of samsaric birth and death has no beginning or end, and the path of wandering there has five forms, namely the three lower realms and humans and gods. Just as there is no fragrance in impure things, there is never happiness in these five paths, because they are bound by three and eight sufferings. The suffering of samsara is always burned by fire, pierced by sharp weapons, and like sprinkling salt on a new wound, for beings in the midst of suffering, a great rain of supreme Dharma descends from the clouds of compassion, in order to pacify those fires of suffering, it is poured down appropriately according to the capacity. The wisdom of pacification gradually arises. Gods have the suffering of death, falling, and change, and humans have the suffering of not getting what they want, having to protect what they have, hunger, thirst, fatigue, etc., because they recognize that there is such a thing as suffering. Those who possess the wisdom of knowing the reality of samsara and nirvana do not envy even the highest fruits such as the freedom of gods and humans like Indra and the Chakravartin, because for followers who have faith in the innate wisdom and the scriptures spoken by the Tathagata, or those who listen and contemplate after following.
