That is, enjoyment, which manifests the Dharma of the Great Vehicle, and is the continuous wheel that constantly abides, therefore, it is considered to be the Enjoyment Body of the Thuba (Buddha), complete with the five certainties. Second, the explanation of the extensive qualities is divided into the marks and the minor marks. The first is divided into the actual and the cause of its arising. The first is: In the past, being accustomed to escorting and welcoming the lamas, etc., the soles of the hands and feet are marked with the wheel of a thousand spokes. 1. Because of properly upholding the vows, the soles of the feet are as even as the belly of a turtle. 2. Because of relying on the four objects of gathering, the fingers of the hands and feet are connected by webs like the king of geese, 3. but can still fit into finger rings. Because of giving abundant food, the hands and feet are soft and have the appearance of a child. 4. Because of giving abundant drinks, etc., this body, the backs of the four hands and feet, plus the two shoulders, and the back of the neck, are all seven 5 high and broad, that is, full and vast. Because of liberating from killing and binding, the fingers of the hands and feet are long. 6. Because of saving the lives of others, the heels of the feet are wide, that is, a quarter of the sole of the foot protrudes outward. Because of abandoning killing, the body is seven cubits larger than the body of a person in Jambudvipa, 8 and upright. Because one takes the virtuous Dharma oneself, the large protrusions of the kneecaps and the outer ankles of the feet are not obvious. 9. Because one spreads the virtuous Dharma to others, the body hairs grow upwards one by one. 10. Because of respectfully giving skillful crafts and medicine, the ankles are round and full, beautiful like the antelope (Tibetan: ཨེ༷་ན་, Sanskrit Devanagari: eṇa, Sanskrit Romanization: eṇa, Chinese literal meaning: antelope). 11. Because one does not abandon the beggar when begging for one's own possessions, one can reach the knees without bending over, so the hands are long and beautiful. 12. 13. Because of reconciling divisions and guarding secret words, one has the supreme secret organ hidden inside like a horse's, like the horse's knowledgeable organ. Because of giving abundant bedding, the skin is clear, bright, and smooth like the color of gold. 14. Because of giving excellent things such as mansions, the skin is thin and soft. 15. Because of abandoning noise and distraction, the body hairs grow out of each pore, and grow well in a right-handed manner. 16. Because of serving the objects of veneration as they should be, soft and white appears between the eyebrows on the face.

Adorned with the pores' fine hairs, 17 not belittling others with harsh words, growing vigorously like a young lion. 18 Following pleasant and virtuous speech, the head of this one's arms 19 is round like a golden vase. Giving beneficial food such as medicine, therefore the collarbones between the left and right shoulders are mutually full and broad. 20 By caring for the sick and performing rituals, therefore even if the tongue of the capable one does not taste good, it appears extremely delicious due to the power of merit. 21 By building monasteries and gardens, and also causing others to properly uphold them, therefore the body is like a banyan tree, encircling, 22 that is, balanced in height and width. By giving temples and mansions, therefore there is a round, dark, and right-spiraling crown of hair, invisible to behold, complete on the head. 23 Speaking gently, pleasantly, and softly, therefore naturally the tongue is long and beautiful, covering the face, 24 and if desired, it can cover three thousand worlds. By teaching the Dharma to beings in their own languages, therefore one can know and discern, is worthy of listening and without contradiction, is profound and subsequently proclaims, the words are clear and pleasing to the ear, not confused and clear, possessing the five branches of speech, possessing the voice of Brahma. 25 Or it is said that the voice of Brahma possesses sixty branches. By abandoning idle talk, the two cheeks are beautiful, round, and full, like the surface of a mirror or the cheeks of a lion. 26 By praising and extolling all beings, all the teeth are extremely white. 27 By abandoning wrong livelihood, all the teeth are equal in height, length, and size. 28 By abandoning falsehood, there are no gaps between the teeth, so they are well-aligned. 29 By abandoning divisive speech, there are twenty teeth on the upper and lower jaws, so the number of teeth is forty in total. 30 By regarding all beings as if they were one's only child, the eyes are beautiful, like blue lotus jewels. 31 By abandoning attachment and aversion, the eyelashes are like the eyelashes of a king of cows. 32 That is, the hairs of the upper and lower eyelids are well-arranged and not mixed, and merely seeing these can symbolize the thirty-two marks of a great being, which are the excellent signs. Secondly, this principle is a sign.
