Not being timid and not being attached, 9. Not having attachment to characteristics in all things, this is the tenth. 10. The complete practice of the fifth bhumi has ten aspects: On the bhumi where one performs the two difficult tasks of maturing sentient beings and not transforming one's own mind into afflictions, ordaining as a renunciate for the sake of gain and honor, and not being too intimate with householders, 1. Abandoning jealousy of others' gains and attachment to the homes of benefactors, 2. Abandoning delight in places such as the outskirts of cities with many people and places that have become noisy within the minds of Hearers and Solitary Realizers, 3. Abandoning praising one's own qualities, 4. Abandoning belittling others by speaking of their faults, 5. Recognizing the faults of the ten non-virtuous paths of action, such as killing, which obstruct even happy migrations, so what need is there to mention liberation, 6. Abandoning being arrogant and conceited due to learning and ethics, etc., and not submitting to others, 7. Not having reversed acceptance and rejection of virtue and vice, or not having reversed attachment to truth and falsehood, 8. Not having evil wisdom such as wrong views, 9. Not having tolerance that follows after the afflictions by letting the mind be at ease with the afflictions, 10. Like that, if one abandons these ten faults and cultivates these ten dharmas of abandonment, one will truly attain the fifth bhumi of the sons of the Victorious Ones. The complete practice of the sixth bhumi has twelve aspects: Relying on the Prajnaparamita, on the bhumi where non-abiding in samsara and nirvana manifests, giving all possessions to others, 1. Ethics that abandon considering one's own benefit, 2. Tolerance that does not fear emptiness, 3. Diligence that is delighted in giving, 4. Samadhi that is single-pointed on the mind of giving, 5. Wisdom that completely realizes the benefits of giving. 6. Through the order of these six perfections, delighting in the fruit of the path of the Hearer disciples, 7. Using the rhinoceros horn as an example, delighting in the Solitary Realizer, 8. Abandoning the mind that fears the profound and vast emptiness, 9. Not being timid when beggars beg, 10. Not being unhappy even when giving away all possessions without remainder, 11. Not abandoning beggars even when one is poor oneself, 12. Generating six paths and abandoning six non-paths, through these twelve, one will truly attain the sixth bhumi. The complete practice of the seventh bhumi has twenty things to be abandoned and twenty antidotes, the first,

In the unique path, due to clinging to characteristics, being far removed from it, clinging to the object to be abandoned as "I," and clinging to self; 1. Considering this as male, considering this as female, or clinging to it as having consciousness, clinging to it as a sentient being; 2. In the three realms, maintaining the basis of warmth, faculties, and consciousness in harmony, dwelling without ceasing, clinging to it as life; 3. Clinging to the mind of all seeds as a person; 4. Clinging to the fact that at that time it has passed away and the continuum is severed; 5. Clinging to the permanence that is established as never abandoning its own nature; 6. The characteristics of acceptance and rejection; 7. Clinging to the ability to produce results as the three categories of cause, ability, and possession; 8. The accumulation of many is the aggregates, namely the five aggregates; 9. The eighteen realms that have the meaning of cause or lineage and seed; 10. From the gate of grasping and being grasped, the twelve sources that have become the gate for consciousness to arise in the object and spread; 11. The non-authentic discriminations that arise from the collective karma and afflictions of the vessel world and the individual karma and afflictions of sentient beings, dwelling in the three realms of desire, form, and formlessness; 12. With the wrong view of craving for the three realms, attachment arises in acceptance and rejection; 13. The mind that thinks one will not attain omniscience is universal despondency; 14. The manifest clinging to seeing the Buddha; 15. The object of viewing the Dharma; 16. The true clinging to seeing the Sangha, namely the Three Jewels; 17. In the discipline of precepts, the manifest clinging to seeing those precepts, namely discriminating in the three spheres with arrogance; 18. In the emptiness of self-nature, thinking it is not that, clinging to all phenomena as true, or arising in argumentative debates of doubt; by clinging to emptiness as characteristics and things, etc., it becomes the fault of contradicting the means of dependent arising, namely not realizing the union of emptiness and dependent arising, the equality of appearance and emptiness. 20. These twenty, in which seventh ground are they completely severed? Like a thief appearing and closing the door, one will attain the seventh ground. The second antidote is that in accordance with the order of the above twenty to be abandoned, these antidotes abandon them in sequence, so one should know the method of individual combination: all phenomena of samsara and nirvana, self-nature is empty, free from elaboration. 1. Therefore, do not cling to characteristics. 2. There is no wish for craving for the three realms, which is liberation.
