For the purpose of connecting with the fruit. The first two kinds of miraculous powers are walking in the sky through the mantra called "Gandhari," and knowing the minds of others through the mantra called "Discernment." It is also possible to achieve this through the power of medicine and non-humans, so it is not mistaken for being a cause of non-outflow. Merely knowing the wishes and thoughts of those to be tamed cannot connect them with supreme benefit and happiness. Second, the specific explanation of miraculous powers is divided into two parts: the main topic and the implied meaning. The first part is divided into two: the essence and the divisions. First, what is meant by miraculous power? The Vaibhashikas believe that miraculous power is samadhi because it is through this that one attains and accomplishes. The second part is divided into two: division from the perspective of essence and division from the perspective of cause. The first part is divided into two: explaining the two root divisions and then dividing them again into two. First, if one attains and accomplishes through samadhi, then through that samadhi, one attains and accomplishes the power to transform objects and to travel freely. The second part is divided into two: the division of the miraculous power of travel (including who possesses it) and the division of the miraculous power of transformation. First, there are three types of miraculous travel: gradually moving quickly with the body like a bird; quickly arriving by imagining a distant place as near, which arises from aspiration; and arriving there simply by thinking with the mind, which is swift as thought. Among these, the teacher Buddha possesses the miraculous power of traveling as swiftly as thought. Others besides the Buddha, such as Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, also possess travel by body and that arising from aspiration. The teacher also possesses the other two types of travel. The second part is divided into two: the actual content of the divisions and an examination of these differences. The first part is divided into two: division by the object being transformed and division by the mind of the transformer. The first part is divided into two: transformation of desire and transformation of form. The first part is divided into two: the division of what is transformed and the division of how it is transformed. First, what is the transformation like? The transformation belonging to the realm of desire, which has a basis in the realm of desire, is the external sense bases, namely the transformation of the four: form, sound, smell, and taste. Because sound has no continuity, if the internal sense bases are transformed, beings that did not exist before will arise.

It is for the sake of action. Second, that is, transforming oneself into a lion, an elephant, etc., which is related to one's own body, and manifesting as a lion, an elephant, etc., outside of oneself, which is related to the body of another, there are two kinds. In this way, there are eight in the desire realm and four in the form realm. Second, similarly, the basis, the form realm being, belongs to the form realm, the two sense bases of form and touch, and the four manifestations of the desire realm. If he manifests the smell and taste related to his own body in the desire realm, will he possess both of these? If someone asks this. Because they have no desire, even if they manifest, they will not possess them. For example, clothes and ornaments are related to the body, but they are not counted as sentient beings, so they will not possess mind. The second part has two parts: teaching and explanation. The first part also asks, is it only by means of clairvoyance that one can manifest an emanation? No, the result of clairvoyance, that is, the mind of manifestation, manifests the emanation, and if these minds of manifestation are distinguished, there are fourteen kinds. The second part is divided into two: substance and the reason why more than this is not established. What is the first one? From the result of the first dhyana, the mind of manifestation is the two of the desire realm and the first dhyana ground, to the three of the second, the four of the third, and the five of the fourth dhyana, which are the desire and the four dhyanas of the fourth, it should be understood in order, and in total there are fourteen. Second, therefore, the mind of manifestation of one's own ground and the lower ground will arise, but the mind of manifestation that arises from the upper ground will not arise in the lower ground's samadhi. This is because it cannot be produced without obtaining the upper ground, and obtaining the upper ground is its result. Therefore, the emanation manifested by the mind of manifestation of the desire realm, which is the result of the first dhyana, can reach between the first dhyana, but cannot reach the second dhyana, etc., because the emanation that reaches the ground of which result can only reach between that ground, so it is distinguished. Second, analyzing the differences of the emanation, it is divided into four: analyzing the way of obtaining, analyzing the occasion of entering and leaving, analyzing whether the emanation and the mind of manifestation are the same or different, and analyzing whether the number of emanations and the mind of manifestation are equal or unequal. First, the way to obtain these minds of manifestation is the same as the four real dhyanas, which is obtained by separating desire from the lower ground. Second, regarding entering, when entering the mind of manifestation, analyze where the mind of manifestation itself arises from; regarding leaving, the manifestation
