There is no absent-mindedness. The Buddha has no absent-mindedness, no gradual passing away, no hoarse voice, no white hair, because it is the essence of the extremely pure fruition of karma. Third, dividing from the perspective of motivation, in the Sutra of Three Sets of Three, it is said that the three merits of body, speech, and mind 1, the three faults or 2 sins, and the three impurities 3, what are they? In order, they are the karma of the three doors born from the deceitful 1, born from deception, anger 2, and desire 3. Fourth, there are two views, common and individual. First, the sutra says that karma is taught in four ways with distinctions such as black and white. What are they? Non-virtuous karma, and virtuous karma belonging to the form and desire realms, respectively, non-virtuous karma is an undifferentiated affliction, the karma is black, the result is unpleasant, so the fruition is black. Form realm virtuous karma is not mixed with non-virtuous karma, so the karma is white and the fruition is also white. Desire realm virtuous karma is mixed with non-virtuous karma, so the karma is mixed black and white, and the result is mixed pleasant and unpleasant, so it is called both black and white karma. This is mixed from the perspective of the continuum, but the nature of karma is not mixed black and white, because they are contradictory. If so, then non-virtuous karma will also become mixed, because virtuous karma will arise in the continuum with non-virtuous karma. If this is the case, although this is so, because the desire realm itself has no antidote of samadhi, virtuous karma cannot completely eliminate non-virtuous karma. Non-virtuous karma has power, and wrong views can cut off the root of virtue, so virtuous karma is not mixed like a ghost eating food, but virtuous karma is weak and mixed. The Compendium says that white is the virtuous karma of the three realms whose fruition is white. Mixing is the mixing of the desire realm, that is, thinking is white and behavior is black, or thinking is black and behavior is white. From the mixing of the desire realm, desire realm virtuous karma and formless realm virtuous karma are also said to be white. The Vaibhashikas say, why is the virtuous karma of the formless realm not said to be white? Because where there are both the birth and intermediate states of fruition, and the differences of the three karmas such as body are explained, because they are not there. Although it is said so, other sutras also say that the virtuous karma of the formless realm is also white. These three of karma and fruition

Abandoning and causing it to be exhausted is the work of non-leakage. It is called neither black nor white, because it does not produce both desirable and undesirable ripened fruits. Its cause is neither virtuous nor non-virtuous, because it contradicts the three realms. Ultimately, non-leakage is purely white. However, being a work of non-leakage does not necessarily encompass the exhaustion of the three types of karma, namely, the four forbearance of knowledge of Dharma in the suffering of the path of seeing, and the eight minds of the path of meditation without interruption of the past that are free from attachment to desire, that is, the twelve minds, which are the work of exhausting black karma, because they abandon the sinful non-virtuous Dharma of the desire realm. The four knowledges of Dharma and the paths of liberation are not, because they have already been exhausted by the path without interruption. Subsequent forbearance of knowledge is not an antidote to the desire realm. The mind of the ninth path of the path of meditation without interruption, which is free from attachment to desire, is the exhaustor of the mixed black and white karma. Because when it abandons even the smallest of the small afflictions of the desire realm that are the object of focus, it also abandons the virtuous object of focus, and because it is an antidote to the virtuous Dharma of the desire realm. The previous paths without interruption are not antidotes to the virtuous Dharma of the desire realm, because they have not abandoned birth in the desire realm. Here, the saying "it abandons" is not abandoning in the manner of severing the attainment of the entity, because even if abandoned once, it will still manifest the virtuous Dharma of the desire realm. However, it is said so with regard to the abandonment of the afflictions that have it as their object of focus, as it is said in the sutra: "Monks, abandon the desire for the eye, and then the eye will be abandoned." Except for the ninth, the previous ones are not, as it is said, "Even if the initial form is abandoned, the remaining impurities of its object of focus...", because there are small and very small afflictions of the desire realm that have the virtuous Dharma of the desire realm as their object of focus. Black is abandoned in the manner of severing the attainment of the entity, so the previous ones abandon it. Similarly, it should be known that the exhaustion of white is also only the abandonment of its object of focus. What exhausts the white virtuous karma of the form realm is the last four of the ninety-nine kinds born from the path of meditation without interruption, which are free from attachment to each of the four dhyanas. According to those who consider the formless realm to be white karma, the last path without interruption of those four.
