Secondly, there are two explanations: general and specific to the field. First, what kind of karma results in experiencing the fruit in this very life? Answer: There are two kinds of changes due to the difference in the field and intention. In the past, in the teachings of a teacher called "Mapama," this teacher was born as the son of a herdsman, generated the mind of enlightenment, and became a master of the three baskets. At that time, a dispute arose among the Sangha, which escalated. A Bhikshu who held the Sutras took out the three baskets and pacified the dispute. The master of the three baskets became angry and said, "The dispute was pacified by women," and as soon as he spoke harshly, he turned into a woman and was reborn as a woman for five hundred lifetimes. Later, due to faith in Ratnachudamani, he obtained a male body. So it is said. As for intention, in the past, King Kanishka had a jester named the Blind Man, who asked a man driving five hundred oxen what he was doing. The man replied, "I am going to produce milk." The king thought, "I used to do this in the past, so I am experiencing this result now. This person has also done this, so he will experience suffering like me in many lifetimes." So he bought those oxen with wealth and, with a strong intention, gave up the matter of producing milk. It is said that at that time, in this very life, that person obtained the male organ. Furthermore, because desires and so on are completely separated from the attachment of that place, one is not reborn in that place again. Like moving to another place, but like a debt, the karma that one is sure to experience in that place is what is experienced in this very life, which is the definitely experienced Vipaka. Secondly, explaining the field specifically. The fruit of benefiting or harming those noble beings who enter and arise from the absorption of cessation, as well as loving-kindness, as well as non-affliction, as well as the path of seeing, and as well as the absorption of an Arhat, will be experienced immediately. Arising from cessation is like returning from Nirvana because one has attained the most peaceful mind. And arising from non-affliction and loving-kindness is connected with the non-affliction of limitless sentient beings, as well as the intention of benefiting, and is connected with the perfection of extremely pure limitless merit. And arising from the path of seeing and an Arhat

Because it has abandoned all that is abandoned by the path of seeing and all that is abandoned by the path of cultivation, and has obtained a new transformation of state, it is immaculate. The two intermediate fruits do not have a new transformation of state. Third, incidentally showing the experience of body and mind, divided into two: direct statement and implied meaning to dispel doubts. First, if the primary result is feeling, is it of the mind or the body? The result of virtuous actions from the special meditative states up to the peak of existence, which are without conceptualization, are considered to be only mental feelings such as pleasure. Because there are no bodily feelings beyond that. The result of non-virtuous actions is only bodily feeling. Why is it not mental? Because it is also said that displeasure is not a result. Therefore, the result of virtuous actions below the first actual basis implicitly indicates that it is the feeling of both body and mind. Second, from which mind does the distracted, mad mind of sentient beings arise, and what causes it? The distracted mind is only the mind of consciousness, because sense consciousness is non-conceptual. That is due to four causes: others causing madness, being born from the result of actions such as being injected with poison and alcohol, being frightened by non-humans, being harmed by non-humans, the imbalance of internal elements, and being disturbed by sorrow. If the madness born from the result of actions becomes an unwholesome mental feeling, then the elements are disturbed by unwholesome actions, and from that the mind is distracted. Therefore, that is the self-effect of action, but it is not directly born from unwholesome actions, so it is not a result. From that, distraction and scattering are explained in four categories. Among them, distraction is what was just said. Scattering is the mind of affliction. Therefore, neither of them is a result. Madness is present in those who have desires for unpleasant sounds, each according to their kind. If there are mad ones even among the gods of the desire realm, what need is there to mention animals and hungry ghosts? Even among the noble ones other than the Buddhas, there is mental distraction due to imbalance of the elements, as well as karma, fear, harm, and sorrow.
