It is also believed that all three exist. I regret why I didn't paint on the house, etc., this unstated regret, and the corresponding mental discomfort are also said in this way. But the Kashmiris say that since there is no mental discomfort from detachment from desire, there is no unstated (regret). Second, in the upper realms, in addition to desire, there are also regret, sleep, and two types of unwholesome mental factors: the majority of unwholesome minds and the indefinite anger, as well as the three of flattery, deceit, and arrogance. The seven minor afflictive grounds are not present in the first dhyana. Even if afflictions arise, they will not produce ripening suffering, and they will not abandon the evil deeds of body and speech, so there is no anger, etc. Conceptualization is also not present in the special entity of the first dhyana, and above the second dhyana above it, there is also no investigation. Moreover, the word "also" indicates that there is also no deceit. Third, the similarity is whether shamelessness and recklessness are united without hesitation? Disrespect for qualities and those who possess qualities is shamelessness, and recklessness is not regarding the fear of evils such as killing. Liking qualities and those who possess qualities is faith, and liking sons and wives, etc., is desire. Liking and faith have four types depending on their reliance on Dharma and individuals: faith but not liking for the first two truths, etc., and liking but not faith for sons and wives, etc. Respect itself is knowing shame in honoring qualities and those who possess qualities. These two, liking and respect, exist in the desire and form realms, which is in terms of the object being a person. Conceptualization and investigation are the coarse nature of the essence of things and the subtle entry of the nature of differences. The function of these two is to touch bliss and to act as a support for not touching. It is said that when these two arise in one mind, it is neither too coarse nor too subtle, like sunlight shining on butter in water. Other schools believe that these two exist between the peak of existence because they are interdependent. Therefore, in relation to one object, the coarse and subtle aspects contradict each other, so they are not present in one mind. However, arising within the scope of mind consciousness, seeking the essence and differences of things, initiating language that expresses the essence and differences, as stated in the sutra: "After conceptualizing and investigating, one speaks words; one does not speak without conceptualizing and investigating." This is a branch of the first dhyana.

The fifth also comes from constant affairs or ground, not from an instant. This is how it is explained. Pride is when one's own mind is extremely satisfied after observing any difference from others. Karma is disrespecting lamas, etc., and becoming the basis for future suffering. Arrogance is attachment to one's own qualities such as lineage, appearance, etc., and the mind is completely immersed or exhausted. Karma is being content with that exhaustion. The difference between pride and arrogance is that their objects are one's own and others' qualities. Immersed is attachment to one's own, and the mind turns away from virtuous deeds, as explained by Dünzang. Some consider it to be the joy arising from lineage, etc., but it is unreasonable to say that the third dhyana has no joy but has arrogance. Fourth, in the sutra it says: mind, intellect, and consciousness, these three have the same meaning, only different names. Mind distinguishes virtue, etc., intellect knows form, etc., and consciousness knows the object. The Sautrantika school believes that mind accumulates habits, intellect becomes the basis, and consciousness becomes the basis. Similarly, the future is mind, the past is intellect, and the present is consciousness. In the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, consciousness, etc., are indicated by their respective names. The Mind-Only school believes that mind is the Alaya consciousness, intellect is the afflicted mind, and consciousness is the collection of six consciousnesses. Similarly, saying mind and mental factors, and having a basis and having an object, and having an aspect and having association, these sayings have the same meaning. Because mind and mental factors rely on the six senses, and have objects such as form, and have aspects such as blue, and have association through the five kinds of association. The five aspects of that association are: sense, basis, object, object, aspect such as blue, time sequence, and each entity is the same. The third is non-associated formations, divided into two types: teaching and explanation. First, the non-associated formations that are not associated with the mind are fourteen, namely: attainment and one, non-attainment and two, homogeneity and three, unconscious state and four, two absorptions and five and six, life force and seven, four characteristics such as birth and eight, nine, ten, and eleven, name collection and twelve, and word collection and thirteen, and letter collection and fourteen, because there are these. Also, the word "also" indicates the disruption of the Sangha wheel, etc.
