These four aspects are based on the four grounds from the seventh to the tenth bhūmi. Fourth, how the five uncontaminated aggregates are practiced on the bhūmis is as follows: When the nature of reality is fully realized on the first bhūmi, it is understood that the uncontaminated aggregates are the basis of everything. Here, on the second bhūmi, the aggregate of discipline is purified. After the second bhūmi, on the third bhūmi, samādhi is practiced, and on the fourth, fifth, and sixth bhūmis, the aggregate of wisdom is practiced as before. Other than these bhūmis, on the four bhūmis of the seventh, eighth, ninth, and tenth, the aggregate of liberation is practiced, which is liberation from the four obscurations. For the four bhūmis, starting with the seventh, the obstacles to attaining the four fruits of signlessness, effortlessness, maturing sentient beings, and attaining dhāraṇī and samādhi are the arising of subtle signs, effort, not attaining the correct wisdom of maturing sentient beings, and not attaining mastery over dhāraṇī and samādhi. In sequence, when the four bhūmis, starting with the seventh, are attained, one is liberated from the opposing obscurations, and subtle signs and so on do not arise. Therefore, these four are the practice of the aggregate of liberation. On the buddha bhūmi, the vajra-like samādhi, the uninterrupted path, destroys the subtle dualistic habitual tendencies of the obscuration of knowledge. Therefore, in order to be liberated from the obscuration that obstructs all knowable phenomena, the aggregate of liberating wisdom is practiced. Thus, the aggregate of liberation is practiced from the seventh to the tenth bhūmi, and the aggregate of liberating wisdom is practiced on the buddha bhūmi. Liberation is the cessation of obscurations, which is a non-compounded cessation through analysis. If so, how can it be established as an aggregate? In response to this objection, *vimukti* (藏文:རྣམ་པར་གྲོལ་བ་,梵文天城体:विमुक्ति,梵文罗马拟音:vimukti,汉语字面意思:解脱) means liberation. This word has two meanings: abandonment and conviction. Here, it refers to conviction, so it is established as an aggregate, as stated in the commentaries. Although one is liberated from all intentional actions, because there is effortless, spontaneously present wisdom, it is different from the nihilistic emptiness of the exhaustion of what is to be abandoned. It is the wisdom that is liberated from obscurations.

From the aspect of the qualities of abandonment of knowledge, it can be considered as a skandha. Fifth, distinguishing the manner of accomplishment and non-accomplishment of qualities: All the grounds, which include the ground of adhimukticarya and the ten grounds, making eleven in total, should be understood as being categorized into two: non-accomplishment and accomplishment. What are they? The ground of adhimukticarya, although given the name "ground," is not included in the ground of the noble ones, so it is a non-accomplished ground, or called a non-accomplished ground, because it has not realized the characteristic of the dharmadhatu pervading everywhere, and therefore has not accomplished seeing the truth. The first ground and above should be understood as accomplished grounds, because they have seen the truth of the nature of reality, have accomplished being noble ones who have transcended the world, and have also manifested the objects of realization of each ground. Therefore, these ten grounds are also considered as non-accomplished and accomplished depending on the magnitude of their qualities. The seven impure grounds are non-accomplished because they require effort and the signless yoga is not spontaneously accomplished. The three pure grounds are called accomplished grounds because the signless yoga is spontaneously accomplished without effort. The way to make the noble grounds and those grounds accomplished is as follows: For each ground, what are the qualities of that ground, what are the faults to be abandoned of that ground, and what are the dharmas to be cultivated on that ground, according to how they are distinguished. This appears clearly in the mind, and also contemplating what the qualities of the higher ground are, and what dharmas are attained by it, as they have been distinguished, is called contemplating as it has been distinguished. For example, to accomplish the first ground, one also contemplates the qualities of the first ground and the dharmas to be cultivated by it, and also contemplates the dharmas of the cause for attaining the second ground that exists on that ground, this is distinguishing contemplation. Even if one contemplates the qualities of the first ground, as it is said in the sutra: "O sons of the Victorious Ones, beings on this ground have practiced accumulating vast roots of virtue, accumulating vast collections, and so forth." The one on the first ground contemplating the cause for attaining the second ground is: "O sons of the Victorious Ones, thus, a Bodhisattva who has diligently trained on the first ground is manifestly inclined towards the second ground, and thus ten thoughts of mind arise in him." What are these ten?
