Sixteen. The methods for complete understanding are two: the path of seeing and the path of cultivation. The fruit of complete understanding is liberation. Completely understanding that liberation itself is the wisdom of seeing liberation. That is, focusing on the five aggregates of clinging as objects, understanding them as suffering, impermanent, selfless, and empty. Completely understanding in this way is the Noble Eightfold Path, which gives rise to the path of seeing and the path of cultivation. This path, with the fruit of abandoning afflictions, leads to the liberation of the mind, and the wisdom of seeing arises. In reality, this is the complete understanding of the Four Noble Truths. Eleven. The way of contemplating the aspects of meditation is: having the aspects of meditation, as indicated by "four and thirty-seven." The four aspects of having the aspects of meditation or the aspects of meditation are: meditating on the aspect of the selflessness of the person, meditating on the aspect of the selflessness of phenomena, meditating on the aspect of seeing, and meditating on the aspect of knowing. Among these, the first, realizing the five aggregates as impermanent, etc., the Shravakas also meditate on. The second, all phenomena are without inherent existence, the Bodhisattvas meditate on. Seeing is the wisdom of sixteen moments, of which the eight acceptances are seeing, and the eight knowledges are the aspect of knowing. Alternatively, quiescence is seeing, and insight is knowing. The thirty-seven aspects of meditation are the thirty-seven factors conducive to enlightenment: The four mindfulnesses, which are knowing the body as impure, feeling as suffering, mind as impermanent, and all phenomena as selfless. The first of the four right abandonments is to cultivate the aspects of generating the unarisen superior three trainings. The second is to meditate on the aspect of reliance, the dharmas of the three trainings that have arisen, increasing and expanding from above. The third is to meditate on the aspect of abandoning, which means striving to abandon the unwholesome qualities of the three trainings that have arisen. The fourth is to meditate on the aspect of antidote, which means meditating on the meaning of impurity, love, and dependent origination in order not to generate unarisen evil and unwholesome dharmas. Then there are the four legs of miraculous power. Desire is the antidote to contentment.

Mindfulness and diligence are: The antidote to distraction and doubt is mindfulness, and the mind is the antidote to excitement through the gateway of complete mental retention. Observation is: The antidote to dullness and cowardice is mindfulness. The faith of the five faculties is: The aspect of trust is mindfulness. Similarly, diligence is the aspect of effort, concentration is the aspect of mind abiding, and wisdom is the aspect of discernment, which are cultivated. Subduing the discordant aspects of those five faculties is the mindfulness of the five powers. What are the seven branches of the path to enlightenment? Mindfulness is the aspect of not forgetting. Exhaustion The wisdom nature of non-arising is enlightenment, and what becomes its branches are the seven, such as mindfulness. Or, the non-dual wisdom of attaining the path of seeing is enlightenment, and what becomes its branches are the seven, such as mindfulness. For these, the clear appearance of true enlightenment is called cultivation. Unforgettable mindfulness is a branch of true enlightenment, and the Dharma that discerns the Dharma without inversion is a branch of enlightenment, as well as diligence that rejoices in virtue, the nature of mental happiness, joy, the extreme pliancy of workability, equanimity of equal abiding, and concentration of mind abiding are the seven branches of enlightenment. In the Noble Eightfold Path, right view is called cultivation for the aspect of certainty, and in the first bhumi, for the nature of certainty or complete determination, having realized the Dharmadhatu, that itself is cultivated especially again and again in all the paths of cultivation. Right thought is: The aspect of realizing the completely subdued ground is called cultivation, from aspiration to practice to hearing, thinking, and cultivating gradually increasing, so in the first bhumi, directly realizing the Dharmadhatu is called the completely subdued ground. After arising from meditative equipoise, he knows that he has completely subdued and realized the Dharmadhatu as it is. Right speech is: The aspect of enabling others to truly understand is called cultivation, and right action is: The aspect of entering the precepts desired by the noble ones is called cultivation, because it is the precepts that please the noble ones. Right livelihood is: For the humble conduct of all
