After the body, the immeasurable Buddhas spoken of in this way are inseparably merged into the essence of the Dharmakaya. The single activity of taming those to be tamed is the activity of illuminating all sentient beings in the ten directions with wisdom. If one Buddha performs the activities of manifestation and maturing sentient beings, etc., since the Dharmakaya is undifferentiated, all the immeasurable Buddhas perform that same activity, which is fusion. Because the actor, the action, and all wisdom are one and undifferentiated. This shows that all the activities of the Buddhas, such as manifestation, teaching the Dharma, maturing those to be tamed, and displaying miracles, are the activities of the assembly of all Buddhas. Sixth, the activity of the entry of wisdom: For example, when a single ray of sunlight appears, all the rays of light that appear in other directions appear simultaneously without any before or after. Likewise, among the Buddhas, when the wisdom of prophecy arises from one Buddha asking about the meaning of anything to be tamed, all the wisdom of the other immeasurable Buddhas also enters into that wisdom simultaneously without any before or after, and arises. Seventh, the activity of non-discrimination: Just as the rays of the sun enter anywhere without the selfishness of thinking, "Enter here, illuminate this," so too, the wisdom of the Buddha enters for the benefit and happiness of those to be tamed, but there is no action of self and what belongs to self, because it is spontaneously accomplished without discrimination. Eighth, the activity of simultaneously knowing all kinds of aspects: Just as a single ray of sunlight shines on any place, causing beings to simultaneously see all the forms that exist in that place, so too, all that is to be known, encompassing the three times and the ten directions, is simultaneously illuminated by the wisdom of the Buddha, and everything is known simultaneously. There is no partial knowing, such as knowing some things first and others later, or not knowing others when knowing some things, but knowing all that is to be known in a single instant, like a mirror and a bowl, which reflect what appears in the place where they are used.

Just as all forms appear simultaneously without any precedence, similarly, the ninth karma is that of non-entrance of wisdom. Just as the rays of the sun shine everywhere, but when obscured by clouds, houses, caves, and so on, the light is not visible. Similarly, the rays of wisdom of the Buddhas are sent forth everywhere, but they are obscured by the sins of sentient beings and are not visible. That is, those sins that have not become vessels for seeing the manifested body of the Buddha, hearing the Dharma, and so on, prevent the wisdom of the Buddha from entering. Tenth, although the Hearers and Solitary Realizers have also realized the stainless realm of liberation from the suffering of samsara, just as when a knot is tied in a white cloth and then dyed, the knot that is not untied will be dyed with the color, and when the knot is untied, the white pattern will be visible. Just as on one piece of cloth, some parts can be dyed with bright colors and some parts cannot, similarly, in the past, on the path of learning, due to the power of aspiration and the accumulation of the two accumulations, in the realm of liberation, wisdom is sometimes visible and sometimes not. The Hearers and Solitary Realizers are liberated because they have exhausted the root of the suffering of samsara, which is affliction, and the Buddhas are also liberated from samsara because they have exhausted the obscurations of affliction, including habitual tendencies. However, because they have abandoned the obscurations of knowledge and have perfected the aspiration and the two accumulations of the past, they have attained great wisdom, and therefore they can ripen the realms of sentient beings with the activities of wisdom, such as manifestation and descent, which appear continuously, while the Hearers and Solitary Realizers do not have these. Eleventh, summarizing the profound meaning, abiding in the stainless realm, with one taste, is the profound characteristic of the Buddhas, that is, the four profound abidings and the ten profound activities. Like this, what the Buddha taught is like painting a picture in the sky with colors, which is difficult to do, because in the realm of the quiescence of elaboration, like the sky, it is impossible to represent it with conceptual thought as "it is like this," just as when painting a picture with colors, the colors cannot adhere to the sky. However, for those who believe in the inconceivable realm, it should be regarded as very rare, just as one can paint a picture in the sky with colors. Thus, the qualities of profundity were explained. Eighth, the quality of the Dharmadhatu Tathagatagarbha being immutable is that of all dharmas.
