Just as it is difficult to do, it is impossible to depict the expanse of the peaceful realm of space with conceptual thoughts, saying, "It is like this." It is like painting with colors, but the colors cannot adhere to the sky. However, for those who believe in the inconceivable state, it is like being able to paint in the sky; it should be recognized as extremely wondrous. Thus, the profound qualities are explained. Eighth, the quality of the Dharmadhatu Tathagatagarbha being immutable is: the Dharmata of all dharmas, the Tathagatagarbha Dharmadhatu, is without difference in the minds of all sentient beings, and has existed from the beginning. Although it is defiled by sudden stains, the Tathagatagarbha that is purified is the Tathagata himself. Therefore, all sentient beings have the essence of the Tathagatagarbha, which is luminous by nature. Therefore, the uncontaminated realm of the Tathagatagarbha is without increase or decrease and immutable in all three times. Therefore, the ultimate pure body of the Tathagata's wisdom is constant, stable, peaceful, and immutable, which is also accomplished through this reason. Ninth, the qualities of immeasurable wealth include: the differences in wealth, and the two categories of detailed distinctions. First, the accumulation of merit and wisdom of the Shravakas, and the wealth of clairvoyance, overwhelm the two accumulations of worldly people and the wealth of clairvoyance of hermits, etc. And the wealth of the Pratyekabuddha ground also overwhelms the wealth of the Shravakas, because it is more excellent and vast than the wealth of the Shravakas. The wealth of the qualities of the Pratyekabuddha, even one hundred thousandth of the two accumulations and clairvoyance, etc., of the Bodhisattvas, cannot be compared, and cannot be measured by analogy, number, or cause. The wealth of the Bodhisattvas cannot be compared to the perfect two accumulations of the Tathagatas, and the wealth of the Paramitas, such as clairvoyance, the ten powers, and the four fearlessnesses. Although the wealth of the qualities of the Bodhisattvas is extremely immeasurable, if compared to the wealth of the qualities of the Buddhas, there is a huge difference, like the difference between a single atom and the volume of infinite world realms.

Indeed. Why is that? Because the wealth of the perfectly complete Buddhas is immeasurable in its effect on any being. It is not for the sake of a single person or a hundred people, but for the sake of all immeasurable beings. The place of entry is also immeasurable, because the scope of the world is as vast as the sky, which is immeasurable. How it enters is also immeasurable, because it plays with skillful means and supreme emanations and various methods, which are immeasurable like the dispositions of those to be tamed. The extent to which it enters is also immeasurable, because it benefits and brings happiness to all beings, so it is impossible to count how much benefit has been bestowed. The time of entry is also immeasurable, because the end of all beings is inexhaustible, so it enters for the benefit of others in samsara, because the end of beings is impossible to exhaust. Therefore, the wealth of the Buddhas, for whom it enters, where it enters, how it enters, how much it enters, and when it enters, is beyond the reach of even the Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, because it is very profound. It is considered inconceivable, that is, beyond the scope of thought, and because it is vast, it is considered that the number of detailed distinctions is immeasurable. Secondly, by showing the seven categories of wealth arising from the transformed state, it symbolically shows the immeasurable. The meaning of these eight verses is: When the senses such as the eyes are transformed into another state and are completely purified, each sense can enter into all the objects of the senses, and will obtain the supreme wealth of the one hundred and twelve qualities of seeing all aspects of all objects. Previously, when the senses were not transformed, the eye sense could only see colors and could not touch the objects of other senses such as sounds. At the time of transformation, the eye sense can perceive all colors, sounds, smells, tastes, tactile sensations, etc., so it can enter into all the objects of the senses. The one hundred and twelve qualities are said in the Commentary on Intelligence that even one sense can possess one hundred and twelve qualities, as stated in the Dharani-svaraja Sutra and the Lotus Sutra. Some people think that this is the total number of the thirty-two major marks and the eighty minor marks, and some think that it is the qualities of the earth, etc., because that is not the quality of the senses.
