When practicing, even enduring suffering includes all other (paramitas). From the aspect of the mind not being disturbed and abiding in one-pointedness, it is meditation; having definite conviction in the Dharma and knowing how to cultivate patience is patience; from the aspect of realizing no self-nature, it is also wisdom. Diligence engages in accordance with all others (paramitas), so it has the component of all (paramitas). In the meditation that accomplishes the task of meditation, all others (paramitas) are included. From the aspect of meditation benefiting others, it is generosity; from the aspect of obtaining the discipline of meditation, it is morality; from the aspect of not being robbed by distraction, it is patience; from the aspect of respecting meditation and constantly practicing, it is diligence; from the aspect of the investigation of the four legs of miraculous power, it is wisdom. Furthermore, the wisdom of knowing all that exists and knowing the extent of all that exists is as previously stated. Wisdom is that within the wisdom of skillful means, all other paramitas are included. Through the door of wisdom, generosity, morality, patience, diligence, and meditation are accomplished; without it, they cannot be accomplished. Detailed distinction is that each of the generosity of generosity, etc., is divided into six, so they become thirty-six, as was said earlier when seeking the Dharma. Abiding in the six perfections (paramitas), placing others in them is the six generosities; being separated from the six unfavorable qualities such as stinginess is morality; enduring difficult practices is the six patiences; having six kinds of joy is diligence; not being distracted from the object of focus is the six meditations; not conceptualizing the three spheres is the six wisdoms. Or, even in the single mind of giving of generosity, there is the aspect of abandoning unfavorable qualities, engaging with antidotes, having joy without distraction, and being skilled in distinguishing, so the six are inseparably complete. Other (paramitas) such as morality are also the same, all complete with the mind of giving for the sake of others, etc. Because of the nature of Dharma, it means that the Dharma of the expressive scriptures that explain the paramitas gathers all the paramitas into the expressed; and the way in which the expressed paramitas gather all the expressive Mahayana scriptures is also explained. There is also the way of gathering by the conventional nature of Dharma, just as a newly formed aggregate of form is complete with the four elements of earth, water, fire, and wind. Among the six perfections (paramitas), if any one is present, it is the nature of Dharma that the components of all others are also naturally present. And, if it is held by the wisdom of the ultimate non-conceptualization, then all other paramitas become one taste in the emptiness that is supremely endowed with all aspects, so it is gathered by the nature of Dharma.

Satī. From the accumulation of precious qualities, it is said that, for example, the trees of Jambudvīpa number in the hundreds of thousands, etc., just as the analogy of shade illustrates how equality arises in the Perfection of Wisdom. The reason for saying "because of the cause" is that if one is not attached to enjoyment, one can keep the precepts; if one has precepts, one can endure harm from others; if one has patience, one will initiate diligence, and diligence will calm the mind; if the mind is calm, one will see reality as it is. Like this, even if one enters into any one of the perfections, such as generosity, it will definitely help to accomplish all the others, and there is not a single one that is not beneficial. Second, explaining the four means of drawing others, starting with the first of the five categories. The essence is that the means of drawing others through generosity is the same as the previously explained perfection of generosity; there is no other. To explain and show others the individual and general characteristics of the six perfections as they are is pleasing speech. In this way, to engage sentient beings in practicing and accomplishing the six perfections is beneficial conduct. The perfection that one causes other sentient beings to accomplish, one follows and accomplishes oneself, is considered to be concordant conduct. In this way, through these three—showing, receiving, and engaging, and following oneself—the latter three means of drawing others, such as pleasing speech, are shown. Second, the determination of number. The first means of drawing others, generosity, is the method of benefiting the body by eliminating others' heat, cold, hunger, thirst, etc. Pleasing speech is the method of eliminating ignorance, misunderstanding, or doubt about the characteristics of the perfections, thereby enabling people to remember the perfections without error. Beneficial conduct is the method of engaging people in practicing the perfections. Similarly, concordant conduct is the method of repeatedly following the perfections. If the speaker of the Dharma practices that Dharma himself, then those who are guided by him will also diligently practice that Dharma. Therefore, the method of gathering disciples around oneself and maturing them should be understood as the four means of drawing others; neither more nor less, for if there are fewer, one cannot gather.
