That is to say, names cannot be established either, because all dharmas cannot be expressed by names, are separate from names, so even names cannot be found. Fifth, summarizing the meaning by praising the merit of completely seeking the Dharma: As stated in this chapter, for all the dharmas that are so profound and vast, with wisdom and the merit of having great means of paramita, relying on diligent effort without laziness, discouragement, and confusion when seeking the Dharma, truly determining or correctly realizing in a non-inverted way, and completely seeking through the nature of the two truths, including the conventional truth and the ultimate truth, that's it. According to the translation of "Commentary on the Steadfast Mind", it is "aiming at the nature of the Dharma with the two truths complete." Seeking the Dharma in this way, therefore, always becomes the teacher of beings, because in order to correctly preach the Dharma to others. That Bodhisattva, like the great ocean full of water and jewels, fills his mind with the qualities of the Dharma of the path and the fruit. In the Ornament of the Mahayana Sutras, the explanation of the twelfth chapter, "Completely Seeking the Dharma", is completed. Chapter Thirteen Explaining the Dharma to Others This "Explaining the Dharma to Others" includes: the rationality of showing the Dharma to others without stinginess, the necessity of explaining the Dharma, the ritual of how to explain it, the nature of the Dharma to be explained, and the summary of the meaning of explaining it in this way. First, it is explained with one verse such as "The steadfast ones": When Bodhisattvas completely seek the Dharma, attain the Dharma, and realize it without inversion, they are not stingy with the Dharma, but explain it to sentient beings, thereby perfecting their own paramitas and maturing other sentient beings. There is no better way than this, so it must be explained. The steadfast Bodhisattvas are obtained by body or life through the vast collection of accumulating previous good deeds, and by accumulating resources, that is, by obtaining and becoming their own through great difficulties such as sailing the sea, will eventually be exhausted, and know that they are without reliable essence

With a mind that greatly rejoices in giving, one gives material gifts to suffering beings in the land. In what way can one fulfill the wishes of others, constantly bestowing vast kingdoms or possessions? The sacred Dharma is vast and boundless, never exhausted, benefiting beings in this life and other lifetimes in every way. Unlike material giving, it possesses an essence that is eternally reliable. When the Buddha appears in the world and the teachings abide, seekers of the Dharma themselves, like entering the ocean, do not find it as difficult to obtain as material wealth, but it is easy to practice. Even if the giving of Dharma is done extensively, the Dharma in one's own mindstream is not exhausted, but rather increases from above. Those Dharmas also increase from others to others, not just giving once, what need is there to say more? The word "ལྟ་" (lta) is to complete the verse, it has no other meaning. Therefore, after a Bodhisattva seeks the Dharma, he will definitely teach it to others. Secondly, the necessity of teaching the Dharma is: the ultimate Dharma of realization, which is to be known by each individual Arya, is beyond the realm of words and letters. However, to obtain such a realization, one can never obtain it without hearing and contemplating the Dharma of scripture explained by words and letters. Therefore, taking the Dharma of scripture as the object of hearing and contemplation is the means taught by the Bhagavan for people to realize themselves. Because the Dharma of realization in the mindstream of the Aryas is to be known by each individual, it cannot be directly taught to those who do not have self-awareness. Therefore, in order for such a Dharma of realization to be manifestly known by each individual, the Buddhas, the Bhagavan, have not taught or never taught the Dharma in the form of words and letters. The meaning to be known by each individual cannot be truly expressed by words and letters, because it transcends worldly speech, discrimination, metaphors, and reasoning, so it is called self-awareness. It is not like knowing conditioned phenomena such as pillars and vases, and unconditioned phenomena such as space in the world. Therefore, Suchness is the wisdom of the Aryas.
