The ten kinds of conceptualizations, namely, conceptualizing the meaning as the name indicates, and clinging to the name as the meaning indicates, should be completely abandoned by understanding the meaning of the Dharma. It is said. In the Hundred Thousand Prajñāpāramitā Sutra, it is said, "Although the Bodhisattva exists, he does not truly see the Bodhisattva." The meaning of emptiness is to hold that phenomena do not exist nominally, which is annihilationist emptiness, and therefore should be eliminated. Because there is the appearance of other-dependent arising, And the perfect reality of the ultimate truth exists as the nature of reality, this is truly thinking of existence as existence, so it is not an extreme. To eliminate the extreme of non-existence, it is said that "the Bodhisattva exists," which shows that this appearance of nominal interdependence, this person, exists. Even so, if ordinary people hold that the self of the person exists as it is conceived, this is the extreme of existence, so to eliminate it, as an antidote, it is said that "the Bodhisattva is not truly seen," meaning that although it appears as a person, it does not have a thing called self, because the self is neither one with the aggregates nor different from them. This shows that the person is selfless, and from this point on, it shows that the Dharma is selfless. As an antidote to eliminate the extremes of superimposition and denial, it is said, "Form is empty by its own nature, and not by emptiness." It means that although phenomena such as form appear, they are not established as their own essence, so it is said that "it is empty by its own nature," which shows that form is merely conceptualized, thereby eliminating the superimposition of real existence. Saying "and not by emptiness" eliminates the denial of perfect reality of emptiness, and if one cannot distinguish between existence and non-existence and clings to everything as non-existent, this is the view of denial. Considering these two ways, it is said that "neither exists nor does not exist," which is to prevent both, not to admit anything Completely arbitrarily denying everything, this method is to presuppose the side that needs to be specifically denied. As an antidote to conceptualizing as oneness, it is said, "What is the emptiness of form is not form. What is form is not emptiness." It means that the subject of Dharma, such as form, etc.

I, the nature of phenomena is emptiness. The two, the completely imputed and the completely established, are not one, because the former is the object of a deluded mind that cannot be analyzed, and the latter is the object of a non-deluded mind that can be analyzed. As an antidote to clinging to differences, it is said: Form is emptiness, emptiness is form. Emptiness is not other than form, form is not other than emptiness. This means that the dharma, which appears as the two, the apprehended and the apprehender, abides in emptiness itself, and there is no such thing as emptiness apart from it, just as the heat of fire is the nature of those dharmas, which is emptiness. Thus, in the Samdhinirmocana Sutra, it is also said: The realm of formations and the nature of ultimate reality are the nature of being free from one and different. Whoever clings to one and different, those have not entered properly. Thus, for each view that clings to one and different, four faults each are pointed out. For example, clinging to a pot as its own essence, and clinging to a pot as impermanent, etc., as an antidote to its characteristics, it is said: Whatever is form is only a name. This explains that apart from name and convention, in meaning, whether it is form as its own essence, or feelings, etc., and the nature, self, or essence of earth being solid, water being liquid, etc., none of these exist. In particular, as an antidote to clinging to differences, it is said: Form has no birth, no cessation, is not defiled, and is not purified, etc., and all dharmas should be applied in this way. Ultimately, for any dharma that has no self-nature, there are no differences such as birth, etc. When uttering the names of pot, etc., due to the confusion of name and meaning, clinging to the meaning as the name is, and clinging to the name as the object of pot, etc., as an antidote to these, it is said: Names are false, fabricated, etc. This means that the two, name and meaning, are not related in essence, but are merely temporary conventions made in order for people to understand the meaning, but children cling to the meaning as they cling to the name, and when they see an object, they cling to it as the object itself, saying, "This is this name." This is just a false imputation of name and meaning by the mind of a child. In reality, no meaning to be expressed is established.
