At the time of birth, everything that had ceased before is clear and unmixed, that is, not mixed with each other, and all the previous occurrences are completely clear, appearing naturally accomplished like an image in a mirror, and also how the Bodhisattva's conduct is practiced, that is, how the Bhagavan served and honored the Buddhas when practicing the perfection of generosity, and what are the differences in the vessel and essence of the Buddha's fields, such as Vaidurya, and how the Thubwang (the Powerful Sage) is born, and how the power and strength of those Buddhas' bodies and conduct are superior, and how many assemblies of the Shravaka Sangha are in those Buddha's retinues, and what are the individual natures of diligence in the Dharma, and how the Bodhisattvas are adorned with forms and marks, and what kind of Dharma is taught in the Three Vehicles, and in such a field, what are the castes of I, Brahmins, etc., and what are the appearances of householders and renunciates, and what kind of Bodhisattva conduct is practiced after hearing the Dharma, and when and how much food, clothing, and ornaments are given to those Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Shravakas, all of these are shown on one body. Similarly, when practicing the perfections of morality, patience, diligence, concentration, and wisdom, all the practices of those previous stages that were not complete, all the stages are shown simultaneously on one body, let alone all the previous practices, even in the pores of the body are clearly shown. Secondly, not only that, but also other Buddhas who have passed away, will come in the future, and those who are now teaching the Dharma with a loud voice at the end of the sky, so that beings tormented and bound by suffering can breathe and live in the world, and those Buddhas who abide, from the initial generation of Bodhicitta to the realization of the essence of Bodhi, those deeds of the Buddhas of the three times, all actions, knowing that all things are without self-nature, like the nature of illusion, how to show my conduct, similarly in the pores of the body, it is clearly shown at the same time. For the illusionist, by the power of mantra, transforms his own body...

If time can manifest various containers and contents, then what need is there to mention the Buddha manifesting in this way? Similarly, the conduct of the bodhisattvas of the three times and all the self-arisen noble Shravakas, as well as the conduct of the remaining individual beings in their respective states, are all shown in one pore, at the same time. Third, there are two types: from the perspective of place and from the perspective of time. First, this complete purity without any defilement is solely the activity of the Buddha. Through the gateway of entering by mere intention, a single atom of space can show the extent of the world reaching the edge of the sky; it can pervade all corners of the infinite world, showing it on a single atom, thereby showing the entire world pervaded by a single atom. Even so, that single atom does not become coarse or large, and the world does not become subtle or small. Second, similarly, You, the capable one, who does not possess any conceptualization, between the end of samsara and existence, the number of various conducts that you show in each moment is as many as the number of all the atoms in the entire Jambudvipa; the number of conducts is countless. Second is merit, in which the ten powers, the chief of merits, are explained, the way in which all merits cannot be fully expressed, and the three benefits of knowing these merits. The first is divided into teaching and explanation. First, the Buddha-ground is distinguished by the ten powers, therefore its distinctions are the power of knowing what is and is not the case, as well as the wisdom of knowing the ripening of karma, the power of understanding various inclinations, the power of knowing various realms, similarly, knowing superior and non-superior faculties, as well as all paths of practice, the wisdom-power of knowing dhyana, liberation, samadhi, and samapatti, etc., knowing the recollection of past lives, similarly knowing the wisdom of death and birth, the power of knowing the exhaustion of all defilements, these are the ten powers of the Buddha. Second, a detailed explanation, just as each verse ends with the word "power," is given. From what cause does what result necessarily arise? That is its place.

As such, the Victorious Ones have said that happiness arises from virtuous actions, like being in a time and place where it exists. Conversely, the opposite is true: unhappiness arises from virtuous actions, and one cannot achieve the eight existences by attaining the path of seeing. Knowing the infinite knowable things that are of the nature of non-places, and abandoning obstacles to that knowledge, is explained as the power of knowing what is and is not a place. The virtuous action that ripens into desirable and pleasing things is a good action, and the action that ripens into undesirable and displeasing things is a non-virtuous action. These two are unmixed. Conversely, mixed actions and contaminated actions are those that are exhausted by the uncontaminated, real action. And the ripening of that action is extremely diverse and varied. The knowledge and power to enter into each of these without obstruction, which pervades all knowable things, including actions and their results, is considered the power of the ripening of actions. The place where all afflictions such as attachment and hatred arise, and the desires that are transformed by pure virtues such as faith, which are produced by the power of seeds, are extremely diverse and varied: inferior, middling, and superior desires. And the intentions that are covered or obscured by all other practices besides those, the knowledge of which pervades all beings in the three times, is called the power of knowing various intentions. Those who are skilled in classifying the Buddha-realm say that the emptiness of the nature of the eighteen elements, such as the eye, is the element. Thus, the wisdom of the perfect Buddhas is infinite in all kinds of realms, such as the realms, the two truths, and the three realms, and they enter into the distinctions of all realms. This is considered the power of knowing various realms. Having power over all afflictions such as unreal conceptualizations, and the sharpness of the roots of pure virtues such as faith, is considered supreme, while the state of middling roots and dull roots are said to be non-supreme. The twenty-two faculties, such as the eye, and the ability of those faculties to accomplish their own objects, knowing that within the faculties themselves, that this has the ability to accomplish. Like hearing the sound "thak" and wanting to see, etc.
