Therefore, it is reasonable to measure whether it is reasonable based on the stability of habits, etc. In the end, it is established by reason that the external object does not exist, but is only a manifestation of habits. For example, "things are one but minds are different," etc., will definitely be established. All the arguments in the treatises that regard external objects as existing are temporarily regarded as existing in accordance with the appearance, just like the horses and cattle seen in one's own dream. In-depth research will reveal that the origination of inner habits is the core of Buddhist philosophy. As it is said: "The mind alone can create the sentient world and the vessel world, these immeasurable worlds, all living beings are born from karma, and without the mind there is no karma." Therefore, in samsara, one is bound by one's own mind; if one's own mind is liberated, one will be liberated, not bound or liberated by Ishvara, etc. This is established by reason. Due to the influence of habits, some people feel hot when they see the same fire, some people don't feel hot, some people feel comfortable, and some people feel burned, just like humans and fire gods. Similarly, for external objects, mantras can be used to immediately make the fire not hot and the poison harmless. These are also inseparable from temporary dependent origination. In the final analysis, the vessel and sentient world are created by karma, and karma is created by the mind. As it is said: "Karma and afflictions are all born from discrimination." Therefore, the method of liberation from samsara is to stop elaboration, and the antidote to stopping elaboration is realization. Elaboration is the instinct of one's own mind, due to attachment to various appearances. Third, conclusion. In short, just as the object of knowledge does not exist, the mind that holds it is also empty in nature. Be sure to understand this principle! Second, refute the other's assertion that dependent origination is established by its own nature. It is divided into four parts: 1. Show that dependent origination should not exist by its own nature; 2. Show that therefore the view of the Mind-Only school has faults in both truths; 3. Show that the non-inverted two truths are only the sect of Nagarjuna; 4. Show that admitting dependent origination is not the same as admitting worldly conventions. First, briefly refute the establishment of dependent origination in the form of a question, and a detailed explanation of this. First, since the external object does not exist, there is no nature of dependent origination that is treated differently.
