Where to refute? Regarding the result, there are three refutations after analyzing with four possibilities. First, refuting by being too extreme. There are two refutations of the answer to eliminate faults. First, if a cause that is established by its own nature relies on another, and thus produces another result that is established by its own nature, then the eliminating flame will also produce the thick darkness to be eliminated. Furthermore, all things that are causes and non-causes will produce all things that are results and non-results, for what reason? Because for all causes that are not producers, they are equally otherness of established things. Even if it is not as extreme as the cause and effect of earth and sprout, but if it is another that is established by its own nature, then the cause is also established by its own nature, and the result is also established by its own nature, because they are established separately, so the causal relationship cannot be established, it is too extreme, and the cause and non-cause become the same. Just as the rice seed and the rice sprout are different in nature, so are fire and coal, barley seeds, etc. For the rice sprout, it is also a difference established by its own nature, therefore, the reason for being other is the same, there is no difference. Two others established by their own nature have equal power, because there is no dependency, so it is not needed. If the earth and sprout are each established by their own nature, then they must be autonomously established in their own place, otherwise it is not possible. In this way, if another that is already established arises from another that is already established, then it will only be another arising from another, and will not become cause and effect, because two things established by their own nature cannot become one, and both have equal power and are already established, so the causal relationship cannot be established and is not needed. In this way, why can't everything that is other become cause and effect? Second, the answer to eliminate faults, and two refutations of that answer. First, although cause and effect are other, not all things arise from all things, because any thing that can fully produce its own nature-established result, it is certain to call it the result of that cause. Anything that can produce that result, even if it is another thing established, is a cause. Among them, the difference between cause and effect lies in belonging to the same category, that is, like the former being able to produce the latter.

Because, the sprout of Salu is not born from barley and so on, so there is no such fault, if you say so. The second answer is: Just as the pistil and pollen of barley and lotus etc., and the flowers of Kimshuka etc. are other, therefore it is not considered to be the producer of Salu sprouts, nor does it have the ability to produce, nor does it belong to the same lineage, nor is it the same kind as the former, similarly, the seed of Salu is also not the special four causes of the Salu sprout, because it is other. It is other established by its own nature, and there is no difference at all. Therefore, for these two, the difference between being a cause and not being a cause is completely unreasonable. Second, detailed refutation: Refuting other-arising for cause and effect existing before and after, and refuting other-arising for cause and effect existing simultaneously. The first is divided into two types: actual refutation and refutation of the answer to eliminate faults. First, the sprout does not exist at the same time as the seed, because, if there is no sprout itself, how can the seed become something different from the sprout? If a self-established other arises from a self-established other, then both must meet while existing in order to produce, but here meeting is impossible, so how can an other arise from an other? Therefore, the self-established sprout arising from the self-established seed cannot be established by its own nature. Therefore, please abandon this view that "it arises from other", just as Maitreya and Guhyasamaja exist simultaneously, but are distinguished from each other as "this" and "that". If the earth and sprout are also self-established others, then apart from making a name on the basis of both existing, saying "is other" will only become a promise. Second, it is divided into answering and refuting the answer. First, the other party eliminates the dispute: Just as the two sides of the scale's beam, high and low, are not not simultaneous, but are seen simultaneously. The activities of arising and ceasing of the fruit to be produced and the cause that can produce are also at the same time, so the two are simultaneous, if you say so. Second, for this answer, there are three in order: the proposition, the reasoning, and the refutation of the idea that although the fruit does not exist, there is the activity of its arising. If the example of the simultaneous high and low of the scale is now,
