Moreover, later it is shown that all those are not true. Due to relying on certain circumstances, both aspects are shown, and in order for those who are accustomed to observing the very nature of things, without having completely eliminated the remaining obscurations, to comprehend the suchness, it is shown that neither is the case. For those who have completely eliminated the obscurations, there is no need for any further showing. Therefore, from the perspective of ultimate truth, there is nothing to be indicated or spoken about, because the scope of activity of the mind that focuses on objects has ceased. Why does it cease? Because the nature of all phenomena, which is the nature of not being born or ceasing from the beginning, is the same as nirvana, and is not an object of sound and concept. If that is the case, then how is the Dharma taught in conventional truth? First, in order to gradually guide those with dull faculties, it is taught that all aggregates, etc., are truly existent. Later, in order to eliminate attachment to that, it is also taught that it is not true. In order to eliminate attachment to both of these, for those with middling faculties, it is taught in name that it is true, and in ultimate truth, it itself is not true, thus both are taught. For those with sharp faculties, in order to eliminate all extremes of elaboration, it is taught that it is neither untrue nor true, showing from the beginning that it is free from all extremes of elaboration. This is how the Buddha teaches in accordance with the minds of those to be tamed, or gradually teaches in this way. Therefore, all that has been spoken will become a method for realizing suchness. Second, is showing the characteristics of suchness: Then, what is the suchness to be realized like? It has already been shown to be beyond thought and speech. However, if we follow conventional speech to describe its characteristics, then it cannot be truly known through other things such as signs, examples, etc., just as for someone with cataracts, by showing the absence of cataracts, one observes the absence of cataracts, although one cannot realize the object to be realized in the way of not seeing the essence of things, one can at least understand the concept of "from now on it is inverted." Just as when cataracts are eliminated by medicine that eliminates cataracts, its true state will appear. Similarly, although the noble ones show suchness through hypothetical means, it cannot be truly known as from examples, signs, and sounds, etc., and from the beginning, the nature of the four extremes is pacified, and it is not touched by verbal elaborations such as "this is this," and in any place there is no activity of mind.

As it is said, not to mention the letters. There is no conceptualization with an object of focus, and there are no separate meanings for this, so what is the nature of equality, that is, these five are the nature of Suchness, which is the Suchness of the noble ones. This is also explained by the former with the former and the latter with the latter. The corresponding Suchness of mere terms in the mundane truth is what arises depending on what dharma. The sprout is not the seed itself for the time being, but it is not different in essence from the seed, therefore, it is neither annihilation nor permanence, which is taught by the Buddhas, the protectors of the world, is the nectar that can cut off aging and death, this profound meaning of Suchness is not one meaning, nor is it multiple meanings. It is neither annihilation nor permanence, it is free from all extremes and supreme. Moreover, the earth and the sprout are not one, because it would lead to the producer and the produced being one, and so on. Therefore, the seed transforming into a sprout is not permanent. It is not a different entity, because it would lead to the existence of a sprout without a seed, and so on. Therefore, the seed is destroyed, and there is no fault of continuous cessation either. In reality, it is as peaceful as the sky, the ultimate truth and the relative truth are inseparable, like the center of the sky, like the samadhi of the noble ones. In the subsequent attainment, all dharmas are interdependent illusions, which are the meaning of being free from permanence and annihilation. Third, the result of studying Suchness: Thus, the Bodhisattvas who touch the meaning of Suchness, having completed the grounds and paths, will touch the non-abiding Nirvana, the Hearer-Solitary Realizer lineage, only pursuing the peace and happiness of self-interest, if they enter the selflessness Suchness as mentioned before, then the Nirvana that can completely destroy aging and death, only this path can bestow. If at the time when the roots of virtue have not yet matured, even if liberation is seen here, due to the power of habituation here, liberation will definitely be obtained in the next life. If it is thought that it is not certain, because there may be a lack of causes and conditions such as a spiritual friend who shows Suchness. Merely habituating the nature of reality itself, there is never uncertainty or deception in averting samsara, even if the fully enlightened Buddhas have not appeared, the Hearer assembly has been exhausted and does not exist, but due to previous habituation, the wisdom of the solitary realizer will also appear.
