Walking like trees swaying gently, walking with elegance and beauty, surrounded by retinues like the king of elephants, sitting upright and steady like a mountain, with a demeanor of composure and gentleness, Sitting like a golden mountain, steadfast and beautiful in every way, moderate in eating, not rushing about, rising early to tidy clothes, speaking appropriately and timely, such a king enjoys happiness. Hunting dogs and hunters chasing wild animals, gathering prostitutes without attendants, and wandering in temple forests, the king should never do such things. Crossing great rivers without purpose, playing with venomous snakes and wild beasts, riding unruly horses, etc., if done, one may bring harm upon oneself. Therefore, the king and the royal family, all actions and behaviors, as stated in the scriptures, should be carefully guarded and remembered. Just seeing him brings immense joy, the lord of stars dwells in the path of immortality, appearing magnificent before the eyes of beings, the lord of the earth walks on this earth. Surrounded by retinues, he is as prominent as the lord of stars, residing in the vast and beautiful heavenly realm, possessing the beautiful light of virtuous conduct, the lord of the earth like a full moon. If he can please the earth gods, what need to mention the human beings on earth? Therefore, wherever the lord of the earth with virtuous conduct resides, auspiciousness increases. From the treatise on law, "The Ornament of Governing the Earth," the third chapter is the excellent explanation on examining conduct. The rise and fall of all worldly affairs are known through speech, therefore, regarding the words spoken, one should consider the faults and merits before speaking. Sometimes things are not accomplished without speaking, sometimes things are accomplished without speaking, if one does not know when to speak and when not to speak, one will become incoherent and have many faults. Truthful speech is the best of virtues, therefore, the royal family should speak truthfully, truthful speakers should be praised, and false speakers should be condemned and abandoned. Even if matters that should be kept secret are not spoken, there is no fault due to necessity, other than that, vulgar words, even with a slight falsehood, are a sign of inferiority. For wise and upright people, speaking uprightly will please them, but for foolish and deceitful people, telling the truth as it is has little meaning. To those who are loving and caring, if you speak
