Finally, may I attain Buddhahood in unsurpassed enlightenment. Secondly, concerning the two supreme Bodhisattvas: First, learning from Samantabhadra: As the foremost among all the sons of the Buddhas, whose name is renowned as Samantabhadra, like that accomplished wise one, in order to practice the great Bodhisattva conduct, I shall dedicate all these merits thoroughly. How shall I dedicate them? By showing limitless bodies to tame beings, and with one voice, showing limitless sounds of all beings. Moreover, with a mind that enters into limitless gates of non-conceptual samadhi. The three doors are completely pure, and because they are not disturbed by opposing factors in the practice of the six perfections, they are completely pure. Even impure realms are completely purified. Thus, in order to attain these five purities, like the excellent dedication made by the wise Samantabhadra, may I also become like that Samantabhadra. Secondly, learning from Manjushri: In order to practice the virtuous Dharma that is good in the beginning, middle, and end, just as the noble Manjushri made aspirations, may I practice in the same way. May the aspirations of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, without weariness, with joy, throughout all future endless kalpas, may I completely accomplish the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and all their intended deeds. Sixteenth, showing the dedication by way of concluding everything: May the limit of my practices, such as giving, not be considered as only this much. May the qualities such as dharani and eloquence, which arise from that cause, also not be considered as only this much. Thus, having remained in limitless conduct and qualities, may I realize all the manifestations of the body, speech, and mind of those Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, and may I attain them. Thus, the detailed explanation of the distinctions of aspirations has been completed. Secondly, the ultimate reliance of aspirations: Like the ultimate limit of the sky, no matter from which direction it is measured, the sky is limitless. Likewise, all sentient beings are filled without any gaps, the limit of all sentient beings

I am likewise boundless. As many sentient beings as there are, so many are their actions and afflictions. Just as the limits of actions and afflictions cannot be measured, so too is the limit of my aspiration, which is immeasurable. Third, concluding with the demonstration of subsequent benefits, there are two aspects: explaining the benefits of aspiration and dedicating the aspiration itself, which possesses benefits. The first aspect also has three parts: introduction, explanation, and conclusion. First, the brief introduction: Whatever realms of the ten directions are extremely vast and boundless, all adorned with various precious ornaments as special offerings, presented to the Buddhas. Moreover, with the objects of gods and humans, the causes for generating supreme bliss for each sense faculty—beautiful forms, pleasant sounds, fragrant smells, sweet tastes, and so on—with endless desirable qualities, as numerous as the dust particles of the realms of the ten directions, and for a long time, continuously offering until the end of time, the merit of that offering surpasses that of any being who hears this king of dedication, contemplates its meaning in their mind, and thereby generates great conviction in following the supreme, perfect enlightenment. If, after generating conviction, they also generate pure faith, what need is there to say more? Even if they generate faith only once, this merit is even more excellent than the previous merit, it is the supreme of virtues. Second, the detailed explanation: Any being who, with complete faith, diligently recites this "King of Aspiration: The Practice of Samantabhadra," will sequentially obtain these thirteen benefits. What are the thirteen? The first benefit is: temporarily, they will abandon all beings who, due to karmic force, would fall into the lower realms. The second is: in this life and future lives, they will abandon evil friends and will not encounter them again. The third is: not only will they abandon these two, but they will also quickly see in this life Amitabha Buddha's Pure Land of Sukhavati and its retinue, and in the next life, they will be born in that realm. The fourth is: those who diligently practice this aspiration, without effort, will have complete favorable conditions and accomplish great deeds, therefore they have obtained great benefit. The fifth is: while alive, they will have no calamities, will not be separated from virtue, and will live happily. The sixth is: even if they are reborn as humans, they will make their human body meaningful, therefore they are called "well-come."
