Now, concerning the Lama, there is no confusion or clamor, no loss of mindfulness and memory, no unequal treatment of the mind, and no various concepts. There is no unexamined abandonment, there are desire, diligence, and memory, wisdom, liberation, and the wisdom of liberation, there is no loss of observation. All actions are guided by wisdom, and there is no obscuration of wisdom in time. Thus, these eighteen and others are the unshared qualities of enlightenment. It is said. Therefore, he is the refuge, protector, and companion of all beings, including the gods. Following the footsteps of liberation, abandoning the affairs of this life, in a secluded place with great courage, making practice the sole point, I think in this way. If one does not practice the profound path, one cannot attain the state of Buddhahood. The Buddhas of the past also endured countless hardships, and were liberated by diligently practicing the profound path. One should also strive wholeheartedly in this way, and generate this thought from the depths of one's heart, this is the standard of accomplishment. This is why meditation requires particular perseverance. Sixth, relying on the Lama's instructions to tame the mind: The sins and obscurations accumulated from beginningless time, which are difficult to purify, if they can be purified in just a few months, and if the qualities of the Buddhas can be easily generated, this seems to depend on the Lama's blessings. Therefore, what leads us from the collection of suffering, birth, and death of samsara to the shore of liberation is that we must rely on the Lama and the instructions. The Omniscient One said: The helmsman who liberates from the boundless ocean of samsara is the Lama, and the great ship of the method of liberation is the instructions, so one must practice as he said. It is said. From the Lama, the king of medicine, who possesses great compassion, tasting the nectar of the instructions, do not let the three doors of body, speech, and mind be distracted by meaningless affairs, cultivate diligence in practice day and night, and put it into practice, this is very important. When encountering the footsteps of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the happiness of this life is like a dream, I repeatedly think about what to do. The thought arises in the mind that there is nothing else needed except to practice the Lama's teachings, this is the standard of accomplishment.

The purpose is: not to focus on worldly affairs. Seventh, cultivating the mind based on non-conceptualization, which is: Discrimination is great ignorance, it is the cause of falling into the ocean of samsara. As it is said, in the past, due to the discrimination of ignorance, one repeatedly wandered and drifted in the realm of the three realms of samsara, suffering. Now, with the aim of attaining unsurpassed Bodhi, one cultivates. This can be divided into three according to the intention of the Omniscient One: bliss-emptiness non-conceptualization, luminosity-emptiness non-conceptualization, and dharmata non-conceptualization. First, sitting with the seven-point posture, visualize one's own body as great emptiness, in the center without obscurations, there is the central channel of medium thickness, white on the outside and red on the inside, the substance is clear and hollow, the upper end connects to the Brahma aperture, and the lower end is straight at four fingers below the navel. After visualizing clearly in this way, at the upper end visualize the white seed syllable ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari हं, Romanized Sanskrit haṃ, meaning "హం") of the nature of method, head pointing downwards, with the nature of bliss, about to drip. At the lower end, visualize the red seed syllable ཨ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari अ, Romanized Sanskrit a, meaning "A") of the nature of wisdom, head pointing upwards, about to ignite. After visualizing clearly in this way, eliminate the three impurities of breath. Then, slowly inhale the upper breath, and then tighten the lower breath, causing the ཨ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari अ, Romanized Sanskrit a, meaning "A") syllable to ignite the four aspects of tummo, rushing upwards in the empty space of the central channel, touching the ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari हं, Romanized Sanskrit haṃ, meaning "హం") syllable at the crown of the head, the stream of Bodhicitta bliss descends like a new moon, as if the roots of a tree are soaked in oil, a greater flame ignites from the ཨ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari अ, Romanized Sanskrit a, meaning "A") syllable at the navel chakra. Visualize the moon melting into nectar essence, filling the central channel and the four chakras in the body, giving rise to the wisdom of bliss and warmth. Do not focus the mind on ཨ་ཧཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning), but focus the mind on the clear and shining white ཨ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari अ, Romanized Sanskrit a, meaning "A") syllable in the heart, and perform vase breathing. If unable to do so, take small breaths and suppress. Then exhale with a subtle and long breath. Like this, diligently practice vase breathing until one can complete any of the three types: large, medium, or small. When practicing, the breath should not be too forceful, but should be kept gentle and moderate. By practicing in this way, one will generate the wisdom of emptiness, the wisdom of bliss as the means. Second, gently exhale a subtle and long breath from both nostrils, dissolving all the objective appearances of the six consciousnesses into the nature of the sky, transforming into a bluish-green expanse.
